This stay was incredibly comfortable. Jill provided excellent, attentive service, responding quickly to our needs with a polite and gentle demeanor. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has a great natural environment. It's very close to the scenic area, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good. We were given a room with the best view. We've stayed at this Crowne Plaza with our kids many times, and the facilities and service are consistently great. This was our first time having Eric as our dedicated butler, which was a nice touch. Traveling during the off-peak season really enhanced the experience. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel is right by the lake, perfect for a stroll. Overall, a fantastic trip!

Any requests, such as needing extra towels or drinking water, were met with quick responses and properly handled by both the butler and housekeeping staff. The overall room environment was very comfortable, and the room's hygiene was excellent! The floors, tabletops, and bathroom were spotless. The window let in a lot of natural light, making the entire room bright and airy with an expansive view, which really boosted my mood. Front desk check-in was efficient, and they even provided a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor with a more beautiful view. Overall, the hotel service was great, and I had a very pleasant stay!
