My stay was pretty good. The hotel lobby had beautiful flowers and a nice lounge area. A special shout-out to Anna, the welcome ambassador, for her excellent and thoughtful service. Thumbs up! 👍

From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. A special mention goes to Hotel Manager Mike, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable — from offering local recommendations to checking in personally to ensure I was comfortable. His professionalism and genuine care for guests are what make this hotel shine. The hotel itself is well designed, with spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The facilities, including the fitness center and indoor pool, were immaculate and well-maintained. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to both Western and Asian tastes.

I recently stayed at the Wuxi Pullman Hotel, and I was really impressed with the newly renovated rooms. They’re modern and cozy, with a fresh design that makes you feel right at home. The amenities are great, and I loved the spacious layout. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. It’s a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. I’d definitely recommend it if you're in Wuxi!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff! 10 min from Wuxi New District rail station and 5 min walk to Wanda Plaza Mall. Near the lake and beautiful surroundings, lovely large room, Japanese toilet, clean linen, lovely duvet. Everything was great, staff very friendly! I forgot my charger and they lend me one with a smile. Ask for Mile he speaks very good English and is very friendly. Breakfast has everything - Chinese and western food and yummy donuts 😉

It’s quite a dated hotel and needs renovation. The room is very musty, with obvious evidence of people smoking in the room in the past (there was also an ashtray in the room despite the no smoking sign).  Many staff look bored at breakfast with the chef watching his phone. One chef was smoking in the toilet as I entered the bathroom next to the breakfast buffet room. Waitresses stood around waiting for something to do.. Can clearly see it needs better management. There’s plenty of excellent, new hotels in Wuxi for a similar price. Pullman should be concerned that this is their brand.

The location is a bit away from the town. A 10 minutes walking distance to the Wanda shopping mall.

Very good hotel, next time for sure I will go there again.
