Ibis Styles Hotel (Wuxi Nanchang Street Store)

The noodles and wontons for breakfast were quite tasty. There was a small hiccup during my stay, but the front desk responded and resolved it. A special shout-out to the young lady with glasses at the front desk; she was very patient throughout.

This was my first time staying at an Ibis, and since it's part of the Huazhu Group, I decided to give it a try. I found it to be pretty good! The mattress was really comfortable, and the room was spacious. Booking in advance usually gets you a good deal too. The front desk staff were also quite friendly.

I took advantage of the 3-day trip to Wuxi before school started. The last day was at Nanchan Temple, so I chose the Ibis Hotel. Parking was convenient and free, and I stayed in a family room. The King Koil mattress was really comfortable. The laundry room downstairs was also very convenient. The breakfast was also very varied. The front desk lady was also very polite. Five-star praise.

Around 4 AM, a loud noise woke me up. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was out of service. I just made do. Everything else was fine; the service and environment were good.

This Ibis Styles hotel is located in the old city of Wuxi, very close to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, just over 1 km walk, and not far from the subway station. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are good. The room was clean and the front desk service was very friendly and nice.

The room environment was not ideal.
