They give me free upgrade. Room is great. Room is large and clean and have good water pressure. Bed is big and comfortable. Service was excellent. They have good customer service who are friendly. Will come back again for future stay.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the style is nice and the facilities are complete. The room is large and well-lit, bright, clean and hygienic, with details in place. The bed is very comfortable, the hot water comes quickly and the shower is comfortable. The things are relatively complete, the network is great for watching dramas. 👍The room attendants are enthusiastic and greeted actively. The parking lot is also large, parking is convenient, and it is free parking. 五一不去跟人擠，選了無錫來學騎馬。學騎馬的地方離酒店幾公里，加上是錦江的品牌，就選了這裏。總體來説服務還是不錯的，環境也安靜，出行主要靠打車和開車。叫外賣有機器人送上來，上來要靠刷卡也比較安全。唯一不足的是我們訂的影音房窗户是半遮擋的（不過這個訂房的時候有提示，想要影音房就是這樣，不過看電影還是不錯的，開着空調也不悶），還有一個，我看帶娃的也有，但是酒店沒有小朋友用的牙刷和拖鞋，希望能少量準備點。早餐略簡單了些，人多一點供應就有點跟不上。但總體是滿意的，下次還是會來這裏住。

有幸入住白玉蘭酒店，因為是春節期間入住，首先酒店佈置就很喜慶，還備了很多點心水果以及水無限供應，房間比想象中的好太多，首先是大，有沙發茶几，其次衞生間很乾凈，淋浴房也比較大，離開酒店時還得到了禮物，感謝酒店的貼心服務！
