We visited during the National Day holiday, and despite the large crowds, the entire scenic area offered superb service. Staff were stationed at every key point, ensuring smooth flow with no cutting in line or chaotic scenes. We were very satisfied with this trip! Our butler, Shou Zihao, was also excellent. He added me on WeChat a few days beforehand and clearly explained the itinerary. He even told us what to say to get in because of the visitor capacity limits, which made our journey very smooth! The room was also spacious and clean. I had expected it to be a bit old, but it completely exceeded my expectations. A truly perfect trip!

MMeithegirlI had a great stay at Atour Hotel Wuxi.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a free laundry and dryer available on the 9th floor, which is really convenient. I was too lazy to wait for my clothes, but the staff kindly helped and returned the dried clothes to my room. I’m very grateful for their thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

I booked a twin room, large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath separate rooms, which did not affect each other! Breakfast is rich, Chinese and Western styles are required, very rich. White porridge is also provided to 11.00 in the evening! There are Impressionhui shopping malls around, and there are many restaurants in the commercial street. There are more teppanyaki in Japan! There are also many hot pots! very good!

They had also prepared a generous spread of snacks and fruits, along with an unlimited supply of water. The room itself far exceeded my expectations. It was surprisingly spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa and coffee table. Furthermore, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower area was quite large. To top it all off, I even received a gift upon check-out! Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly thoughtful service!

Suning Plaza is directly downstairs, and Henglong Plaza and Pacific Department Store are both less than a ten-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are superb, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I even received a room upgrade, and the night view was spectacular, overlooking the city center's high-rises. The service was also excellent. I had lost an item and asked housekeeping for help; frankly, I didn't have much hope. But amazingly, they found a tiny gold piece, smaller than a fingernail! This truly speaks to the housekeeping staff's dedication and responsibility. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserThe boss is very beautiful and gentle, and I was pleasantly surprised after checking in! The location of the room is super good! You can also see the whole process of sunset! And you can see the landmark building, the Kongfu Building, etc.! And commuting is super convenient! After going downstairs, walk 10 meters to the subway entrance! Although the weather forecast showed cloudy when I came, the visibility was still very high! Check-in was also very convenient and fast, and the hotel front desk can store luggage and personal belongings by yourself!
When I came to Wuxi, I chose to stay in the city center. Choosing this hotel is definitely a good experience! I will definitely visit Wuxi again next time! Living on a high floor, it’s really a good experience to see the distant scene through the floor-to-ceiling windows! The elevator is very stable and fast!
There are quacks in the room! It is very suitable for good friends to stay on weekends and holidays! But everyone should pay attention that many large landmark buildings will turn off the lights around 11 o'clock, so if you want to see a better city night view, it’s best before eleven o'clock!
The facilities in the room are also really complete! Washing machines, kitchenettes, refrigerators, TVs, and everything else are available. Disposable utensils are also complete, and even laundry detergent is available! The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, which is very hygienic and convenient! The room is also very smart, with simple and elegant decoration!
There is no need to say much about hygiene, it is clean and tidy as you can see with your naked eyes!
In short, when you come to Sanyang Plaza, choosing this hotel will definitely give you a great experience before and after check-in!

Llvxiaodan0906I have been traveling these days, and this hotel in Wuxi is the place I am most satisfied with, no doubt about it. After experiencing the pain of Suzhou Lavande Hotel, I am very satisfied with all aspects of Wuxi Youxiangjia. The hygiene, facilities, services, and environment are all excellent. It is also close to Taihu Lake Scenic Area, and the online taxi is only 10 yuan away. I originally came to listen to the concert and booked it, but I was unexpectedly attracted by the hotel. No need to say more, pictures speak the truth! Although the hotel told me that the hot water for bathing can only be used for 20 minutes and then wait for 30 minutes before using it, I feel that it is enough for several people to take a quick shower, and the water of the shower is very large, which is very powerful! Maybe in order to save electricity, the air conditioner will automatically turn off twice in the morning and afternoon, but you can turn it on manually!
In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay here. I heard that it is the same company as the Crowne Plaza Hotel next door!

They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

GGuest UserI expected so much more from a place calling itself the GRAND Hotel. This was not even average (at best). Check in was not very friendly. The room had many issues, for example half of the lights did not work, so the room was very dark the entire time I was there. The Wifi was really spotty and was difficult to sign into. The bed was okay, had a so so sleep. To be honest I have stayed in far better places in Wuxi for a way cheaper price, but I was tired and did not want to complain or change rooms/hotels. I will say that I was very disappointed for the price. I only chose this place because of the tub and pool. The tub was ok and to be honest after seeing the state of the room I did not even bother with the pool. I figured if the room was not that great then they probably don't clean the pool well. They had ads for in room massage but it was not available that day (then why advertise all over). The Air Con was a joke, it did not cool well at all. The TV was ancient and I had to mess with the batteries to even turn it on. Check out was not that polite either. A couple positives, the bellboy helped me leave with my bags, and I can say that the girls at the morning breakfast were very polite and kind...but this is not their fault, the food was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was decent and plentiful. Overall the rest of the staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience while being there. My advice is to check reviews and get a WAY better hotel for elsewhere for far less money. I will not be back to this old, shoddy, dodgy hotel.

AAnonymous UserA newly opened hotel in October, the price is very good. There were mosquitoes at night. After fighting mosquitoes all night, the hotel took the initiative to upgrade our room. Will stay here next time! Convenient transportation!
