The hotel upgraded my room to the Xinyue Building, and it was spacious and satisfying in every way. The location is very close to the scenic area, making travel very convenient. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations. The room even had two comic books from Húnzhī, which were great reads for a leisurely trip. The hotel also has a large play area for children, so it would be a good choice for family travel too.

The hotel service was absolutely five-star, beyond excellent. Even before we arrived, Manager Xiao Meng was already on it, confirming our check-in time, so we didn't have to wait. Our room was perfectly arranged to our liking, thanks to her proactive communication, making our stay incredibly pleasant and smooth. A big thank you to Manager Xiao Meng for her professional and prompt service! The room had fantastic views, directly overlooking Dawang Peak. Even with the rain, it offered a unique charm. With spring here, Wuyi Mountain is lush and green with crystal-clear waters, making the Hualuxe Hotel an excellent choice for a vacation. It's conveniently located, making trips to the scenic spots very easy. The room was clean and tidy, and all the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Breakfast was also superb, offering a great chance to sample many local Wuyi Mountain snacks. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance!

Great stay! I checked in just before the Qingming holiday and got upgraded to a mountain view room. The moment I opened the window, I had a fantastic view of Dawang Peak. The hotel is very new, and the room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities were comprehensive, and the service was excellent—they were always ready to assist. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious.

The Wuyi Mountain Yihua Hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of the Sangu Resort area, with convenient transportation. It's close to both the scenic area entrance and the old Sangu street. The hotel's restaurant offers a rich and delicious variety of dishes. Manager Wu from the lobby provided warm and thoughtful service, flexibly accommodating our needs. The front desk handled check-in swiftly and professionally. Highly recommended!

This was my first trip to Wuyi Mountain, and after looking at many hotel reviews on Trip.com, I chose the C&D Hotel. I initially had some reservations because the hotel was renovated in 2019, so I thought it might be a bit old. However, after checking in, I was very pleasantly surprised. The lobby manager, Wu Qiong, contacted us in advance and arranged a room with a balcony for us, as per our request (because my husband smokes). We could contact her anytime if we needed anything, and we're very grateful for that. The hotel is very convenient for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. The breakfast was rich and varied. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. From the balcony, you could look up and see Dawang Peak, and it was only a few minutes' drive to the south entrance of the Wuyi Mountain scenic area. The front desk, housekeeping, and other services were also excellent. We stayed for two nights, and next time we visit Wuyi Mountain, the C&D Hotel will definitely be our first choice.

Staying here over Chinese New Year wasn't a great experience, and overall, I wouldn't recommend it. We booked mountain view rooms in the Xinyue Building, hoping for more comfort as we were traveling with elderly family and children. However, they couldn't even put our two rooms on the same floor, and both rooms had partial views. The second-floor room didn't even have a garden view 😟. **Facilities:** Just look at the plant by the bathroom sink (as shown in the picture) – it's so dirty, yet they haven't replaced it, which shows the hotel's lack of attention to detail. We also found items left by previous guests in the corner of the sofa, indicating poor cleaning. The room's blackout curtains don't work well; you have to pull them extremely tight in the middle to block out light. All dining and activities are in the Tianfeng Building, and it's quite an inconvenient, winding walk from the new building. The room included an afternoon tea, which was a buffet with selections similar to breakfast. **Environment:** This is probably the only redeeming quality – it's very close to the scenic area and commercial street. However, during Chinese New Year, fireworks and firecrackers went off all night until midnight, so if you're a light sleeper, don't come here during this period. **Service:** The dining service was generally a bit chaotic. One evening, we had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and the paper menu they gave us had already been used by someone else. We understand hotels want to save money, so we marked our selections clearly and confirmed them with the staff, making sure they didn't mix up our order with the previous guest's. After ordering, we weren't given a bill to confirm our selections. Sure enough, our food eventually came out wrong! They added dishes from the previous guest's order to ours. After we pointed it out, they corrected it, but not once did they apologize. The staff members were also stone-faced, as if we were in the wrong 🥲. We understand it's busy during Chinese New Year, and mistakes happen, but that level of service attitude is just ridiculous. We've stayed in many hotels during holidays, but never encountered anything like this. **Hotel Activities:** For the parent-child activities, you have to choose between sugar painting and paper cutting, and you need to leave a five-star review on a popular app to participate. This is the first time I've seen a hotel demand a good review in such a way. These activities are also in the Tianfeng Building, and if we hadn't stumbled upon them ourselves, we wouldn't have even known they existed.

The indoor pool temperature was too cold, making it impossible to swim. I don't understand the point of having an indoor pool if it's too cold to use. The hotel advertises many parent-child activities, but the front desk staff said we could only choose one. I don't see the point of a parent-child hotel or New Year's activities if guests are limited to just one. Every other parent-child hotel I've been to allows participation in all activities. Here, you can only participate in one, and even then, only if we, the guests, give the hotel a five-star review to qualify for the children's activity.

Great location, directly facing Dawang Peak and very close to the scenic area. Wu Qiong provided attentive and enthusiastic service, always ready to answer any questions. I almost forgot my mom's birthday, but the hotel remembered, which was very thoughtful. Thank you!

The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is fantastic, making it really convenient to visit scenic spots, go shopping for tea, and find places to eat. Plus, the Great King Peak (Dawang Feng) is right across from the hotel.
