"I stayed at Anmu Villa and was very satisfied. The service was excellent. They provided welcome fruits and snacks for both days of my stay. My only suggestion is whether the experiential activities, such as Song Dynasty tea ceremony and fan painting, could be scheduled earlier or later. At around 10 AM and 3 PM, we were out exploring, so we couldn't participate, which was a shame."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is good, near to the main road and easy access to everywhere. You can cross the road to the opposite for a free ride, bus no. 9 line to bamboo rafting pier. There is a night market at the Old street where you can buy and try the local street food, it's just few minutes walk from the hotel. What I like the most is they provide tea set and a nice sitting place where you can make gongfu tea. The hotel also provides complimentary red bean soup every night 8pm."

"Based on my recent two-night stay, the Metropolo Hotel Wuyishan Sangu Holiday Resort is an excellent choice for exploring the area. The location is truly great, with easy access via the public bus right outside. Our room was impressively spacious and very clean. A special mention must go to their staffs, who were super nice and incredibly attentive to all my requests. The breakfast offered a great variety and quality to start each day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Wuyishan."

"The room was elegant and comfortable, and the bedding was great for a good night's sleep. The front desk upgraded us to a room with a view, and we had a stunning window view of the 'King' and 'Jade Girl' peaks. We got caught in the rain, and our clothes got soaked, so we were really grateful that the hotel offered convenient laundry and drying services. You can take bus No. 16 from Wuyi Palace to Xiangshushi Road Intersection. Get off, cross the road, walk a little further, and the hotel will be on your right. In the afternoon, there's a fantastic street vendor selling authentic charcoal-grilled 'Guangbing' nearby – they're fragrant, crispy, and absolutely delicious!"

The food was also delicious. Highly recommended, I'd love to stay here again!"

"The service was great, so I gave it five stars. However, there were still a lot of issues. For example, the soundproofing of the hotel wasn't very good; noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms were clear and distinct. The hotel facilities were also a bit dated, and ordering delivery was inconvenient as I had to ask staff to bring it up."

"A newly opened guesthouse. The decor and décor were very Zen-like. It was quiet because it was the off-season and there weren't many people. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, and housekeeping was prompt. The butlers were very attentive and helpful. The coffee shop across the street was a great place to spend an afternoon, enjoying coffee and sunshine. However, there was a minor hiccup: the breakfast wasn't very good. Although it was à la carte, the taste was average, and the buffet items like steamed buns were limited. If you went late, there wasn't much left to eat. On the last night, the water heater suddenly broke down, and my child unknowingly took a long, cold shower. It gave me a fright. It wasn't fixed until the next day. The hotel was quick to fix it. Hopefully, this kind of thing won't happen again. After all, it's winter, and we can't afford to freeze."

"If there is a 6-star review, then it's 6 stars! The service attitude is super good!!! I ordered local dishes, but I was late. The chef got off work late and helped me heat up the dishes. Thank you to everyone working in the restaurant 🙏 I'm really sorry. The room is large, soundproofed, and comfortable overall. There is a self-service laundry, and the gym equipment is relatively complete. The restaurant's breakfast and dinner are delicious. The price-performance ratio is very high. If you don't go to Wuyi Mountain, it's also very comfortable to stay in the hotel and rest."

The public area, the tea rooms and the garden are decorated in a traditional Chinese style. "Location is good just next to the main shopping street. On check in Ms Lim gave us an upgrade. Actually I would have given a good rating if not for the bad experience we had tge bect day. When we,approach the staff for advice to enter the scenic site. She called in a lady who she said is working for the hotel. She will charge a fee of rmb300 for taking to the various site. Later in scenic site, we realise that we can get free transport provided by the Wuyishan scenic site. We can just take a Didi taxi to the entrance."

"This has been a go-to guesthouse in Wuyishan for many years, and I've become friends with the owner! I've witnessed its upgrades and improvements over the years! The upgraded rooms are fully smart-controlled, incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Located in the heart of the Sangu Resort Area, it's a 2-5 minute walk from the Impression Dahongpao Theater, making it extremely convenient. The environment and service are top-notch, perfect for watching performances and family trips! The owner has his own Ruyi Tavern within the hotel, a great place to relax and have a drink in the evening! The owner's tea plantation is nearby, and we took the kids on a tea-themed study tour, visiting the tea factory to learn about tea-making techniques and even trying Song Dynasty-style tea ceremony! This is perfect for families with children! By the way, the owner and her father are both veterans, and the hotel has a military theme, serving as a military rest stop with special offers for soldiers, police officers, and members of the She ethnic group!"

We had arrived a few hours before the check in time but they were able to give us a room immediately. It is a little far from the tourist attractions but easy to get to in a taxi. "The guesthouse owner provided excellent service. They contacted me by phone beforehand and offered helpful suggestions based on my itinerary after check-in, including recommendations for good restaurants. Check-out was at 5:00 AM, and the owner responded promptly. They also cautioned me about the steep sunrise route and the need for safety. Breakfast was arranged in advance, and the rice porridge was especially delicious – homemade and fragrant. Choosing a mountain view room meant I could see Wuyishan Mountain. Even before the fog lifted in the morning, the mountain was right in my room. The room was very clean and tidy. It's about a 30-minute walk to Wuyigong, or a short taxi ride to the south entrance (just the starting fare). The food street is also nearby, making it a perfect place for a leisurely stroll after breakfast. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city."
