Yujing Hotel

I very rarely give the maximum of 5 points, but here everything is just right. Professional service at the reception, large and clean room with a pleasant bathroom, very varied and exceptionally good breakfast, even for those with long noses. The air is soothing and the long hike up Wuzhishan was wonderful. The hotel organizes a free bus transfer to the bus station in the village. We really enjoyed the unforgettable and relaxing stay here and recommend the hotel. We would book here again if we come to the island again. Thank you very much.

Hainan Yujing Hotel is comfortable, comfortable, relatively high-grade and relatively hygienic. The service quality is good. There is no disturbing sound at night, so you can sleep well. The quality of the buffet is also relatively high.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was told that I could upgrade my room for free. I was very happy! But when I entered the room, my heart immediately dropped! The facilities are old and the hygiene is poor! I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a great experience. I don’t know why this time, but this room is the worst room I have ever stayed in! There are no garbage bags in the trash can, one pillow is missing for the bedding, the handle of the hot water kettle is broken, and the sewer is blocked as soon as the water is turned on during the shower! The most disgusting thing is that the bathroom sink is greasy and it seems that it has not been cleaned! Before the apartment change, the bathroom was a storage box. After the upgrade, it was a storage box and it was not matching! The plate has an extra corner! This is the first time I write a negative review for a hotel! The service attitude at the front desk is not bad, but I am very unhappy to find a house like this!

The most heartwarming thing is that I received a call from the hotel at night, saying that the signal is not good in the mountains and it is raining. If the room is too cold, be sure to turn on the air conditioner. It is very considerate.

The environment is elegant, the breakfast is rich in variety, and it is very close to Shuiman Township and Wuzhishan. It was a great stay!
