Greatly priced, very affordable quiet 🤫 hotel right off the highway, tucked away behind the busy interstate. This place is so peaceful and enjoyable and the staff are so friendly and attentive as well. Rooms are luxurious for the price and the beds are. Very comfortable. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love it here we have been here about 5 days and it's so peaceful. Our 7 month old puppy loves watching the deer out in the back.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were long time customers of this hotel & we have not been here in about 8 months & the way this place has gone down is UNBELIEVABLE!!! First off, our room reaked of dog urine so bad & mold smell. Second, our bed lining had holes in them & the towels looked like they been there for 20 years (not joking), Third, there was NO TV. We called to complain & they said that the satellite was down. But the remote was hid in the room in the bottom drawer at the back. We got up & left early that morning & I spoke with a young lady that checked us in. I asked her why were you not honest with us?? Why not tell us y'all where having issues with cable & pipipig issues in the kitchen that's why you don't have a hot breakfast. I asked for a regional number said they don't have it. Now, I have been a property manager for 20 years every place has a manager or regional manager. I said that's OK, I know how to get to a corporate number. We only got $10 off for complaining which for all the lies we were told it should have been FREE... YOU CAN NOT POST A REVIEW ON THEIR PAGE THRU THE CHOICE APP... SO THEY THINK THEY GETTING OVER ON PEOPLE... THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO OPERATE IN MY OPINION..... I WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE IN A CORPORATE OFFICE....

Terrible experience. The room was dirty. I couldn’t even put anything on the nightstand because it was sticky from something spilled on it and had not been wiped down. There was a pungent smell of backed up sewage as soon as we entered the second floor, where our room was. They advertise “free breakfast”, but don’t believe them. The breakfast consisted of about a dozen packets of oatmeal, Frosted Flakes, and some apple juice, that’s it. They had the containers out that would’ve normally had bagels and toast and a toaster but the front desk person told me that I hadn’t had bagels or anything to toast in “quite some time”. Then why leave the three tier shelf and toaster out for guest to wonder where are the bagels? They were out of coffee at 8:40 am, and no more was made. A very poor experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Advertised as “pet friendly,” but if your pet makes a single noise for 2 seconds after getting back from a long dinner, you will receive a nasty call from the front desk lady complaining and telling you to shut it up. Not very pet friendly to me.

This used to be a nice place to stay. We stayed many times over the years when traveling south. It has changed dramatically over the course of one year and not for the good. It is absolutely filthy! It reeks of filth. We were disgusted when we found a bed bug crawling on the sheet when we were getting ready to leave. When reported to the front desk it was obvious by their reply that they are aware that there are bed bugs in their hotel! The breakfast used to be decent enough but is no longer. It’s horrible! There were windows busted out of some rooms and just left busted out with plastic covering them. It is no longer affiliated with Best Western either. The website pictures are very very deceiving. Beware!!!! Don’t book this place!!! There are too many other facilities in that area to choose from, do yourself the favor of not staying there.
