Love the whole place staff was very friendly and helpful whenever needed.

It appears it will take a long time to finish this project. THe photo this illustrate is nothing like the building is in reality.

The hotel was under construction. There was dirty water in the ice bucket from the previous person that stayed in the room. The carpets were not vacuumed. The tub did not drain. The staff was great, but the facilities were terrible.

Room was clean. Hated the sink. Made a mess everywhere. Didn’t use the breakfast. Building was under construction when we stayed

The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked for a discount and Debbie said she had to check with the owner. BTW 3 of the 5 floors are under construction and the contractors use the same elevator as the customer. We have stayed here for the last 8 years on our travels to/from Ohio - never again.

Hotel was good, room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Hotel is under construction so keep that in mind, there is dust and stuff everywhere. We were woken up by the smoke alarm beeping at 3am which kind of ******. Had to take the battery out of it.

Hotel undergoing renovations and updating of an existing and dated hotel. Pool was closed due to repairs/renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was maintained and good. Our room was clean and recently updated. However, our room’s wall thermostat did not work, but the old ac/heater worked manually, although it was loud and clunky. Overall, nothing to brag about but we were happy with our stay.

Hotel is under renovations. Pool is closed. We had a room facing the highway and we could hear everything including the truck brakes at 2am. Also, this is no fault of theirs, but the smoke alarm went off at 2:30am for about half and hour, so my wife and I decided to leave then.

Great stay and when we wanted to check out early before the breakfast buffet was open Ethan and Garret went the extra mile and provided us with breakfast.
