CHEERMAY HOTELS properties in Xi'an

If you can find the hotel (see below) it is a great place to stay! The view on the roof top is amazing. We had a room with an attached living room with was really nice. It was the hardest hotel to find. Especially since the name they gave you on the reservation isn’t the same as the actual hotel (at least in English). The GPS directions aren’t precise either. To get to the hotel you have to go in a store on the second floor and find the reception desk which is not even indicated. It’s like they made it on purpose to make this impossible to find! Here’s a photo of the store in question from the street, so you don’t have all the trouble we had to locate it. I wish the hotel would have provided better indications, it isn’t that hard.

I booked this hotel for a concert. Its location is excellent, very close to the subway station which made getting around incredibly convenient. The window view was also quite expansive. Perhaps due to high occupancy, the front desk even gave us a complimentary room upgrade and included breakfast. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, featuring modern decor and a smart control system throughout. The service was both warm and efficient; calling for anything to be sent to the room was incredibly prompt, with absolutely no delays. Even the breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. All in all, it was a highly satisfying stay.

After the trip to Xi'an, I thought that the most memorable will be the eighth wonder of the world, but the last most surprising thing is the hotel, very intimate and warm heart, once again sighing the enthusiasm of Xi'an people, and thanking the hotel manager for his care about the guest experience. The various services of the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk, the careful cleaning of the room sister... etc. ～ Xi'an is very good, I will come to feel this city full of cultural heritage again. Chaoman is also very good, I will stay at this loving hotel again ～

I chose this hotel close to the customer on a business trip. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the decoration is very good, the room is clean and hygienic, the room layout is reasonable, and it is quite big. The feeling of staying is very good, that is, the price is a bit expensive.
