Choosing this hotel for my trip to Xi'an was a breeze! It's so conveniently located with easy transportation, and the rooms are clean and odor-free. The service is attentive, and it offers great value for money, definitely recommend it. As a chain hotel, the quality is consistently good. The rooms are simple yet bright, the bathrooms are clean, and check-in was quick. It's close to tourist attractions, making it perfect for a travel stopover. The location is a huge plus – it's super easy to walk to the Bell and Drum Towers from here. The room hygiene was meticulous, and I had a quiet night's sleep. Overall, it exceeded my expectations!

On the afternoons of August 16th and 17th, I called the cleaning lady and she wouldn't put my slippers down. Knowing I'm busy during peak season, she deliberately didn't ask me to change all the bedding on the 16th. On the 17th, she changed a sheet with a black stain on it. If you're in such a rush, don't work in this industry. Hotels normally change all the bedding daily.

For my trip to Xi'an this time, I chose the City Comfort Inn Drum Tower & Huimin Street store, and I was truly impressed! Both the cleanliness and service were top-notch. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised – absolutely no strange odors, the floors and window sills were spotless, and the bedding was pristine white and fluffy. The bathroom also had a convenient wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and processed my check-in very quickly. They even proactively gave me tips on authentic local snacks in Huimin Street and the best times to see the night view of the Drum and Bell Towers. When I needed mineral water late at night, it was delivered to my room within minutes after a quick call. The housekeeping auntie was meticulous in her cleaning, and she always greeted me cheerfully whenever we met, promptly addressing any requests I had. The hotel is right at the entrance of Huimin Street, making it super convenient for sightseeing and eating. It's hard to find such a clean hotel with attentive service at a similar price point. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an!

Facilities: Newly opened in 2025, the hallways had a strong odor, possibly due to recent renovations. The smart business king room I booked was spacious, and the curtains, lighting, and audio-visual system were smart-controlled. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, very refreshing. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Environment: Conveniently located next to Huadong Shopping Center, making dining and shopping very convenient. Parking is available in the parking lot in front of Huadong Shopping Center. Service: The service was proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. Overall, it offers good value for money and is economical. It would be even better if the renovation odor could be addressed.

Staying at this hotel for the second time, I feel pretty good, sleep is better, and the bed is more comfortable. This time we lived in a standard room, but there was no table to put things. In addition to this, everything else is quite good.
