We are very satisfaction with this hotel. The room is very big and clean and comfort. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. As our flight is at night, the hotel gives us late cek out until 3:00 pm. And the staffs (Rika, Grace, Cassie) and help us to order taxi to airport. Very recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

Environment: The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient transportation and close to nearby attractions. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new and clean, and the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good.

Other services are normal, but they asked for an invoice on September 19th, but it was not issued on October 3rd. After repeated urging, it was still not issued. They shirked the responsibility of the system. How can the obligation of issuing invoices become so difficult? The salesperson is responsible, but the restaurant has no response. No one answered the phone. Business travelers should be diligent and keep an eye on it themselves.
