Fairfield by Marriott Properties in Xi'an

The location and facilities are both top-notch. It's a 10-minute walk from the North Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Despite being in a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet. The breakfast offers a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, and the chef can even make omelets and beef noodles on the spot, which were delicious! 🎉🎉🎉 When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk upgraded my room. She was incredibly professional, warm, and polite, and processed my check-in very quickly. On the day of check-out, I even received a local specialty souvenir and a handwritten thank-you card. This feeling of being valued is truly rare. The value for money far exceeded my expectations.

The location is in the new district, and it is very convenient to get in and out by taxi. The room is very comfortable and you can rest peacefully. The check-in place is on the 6th floor. There is a convenience store and JD Mall downstairs, so you don't have to worry about anything you need. When I checked in, Alice Liu Ying (I remember this name) was very friendly and efficient, and quite professional. The bedding and hygiene were very good. The only thing was that the temperature in Xi'an rose to 30 degrees during the few days we were there. The room temperature could not be adjusted and could only be 26 degrees, which was quite stuffy. The front desk said there were not enough fans and sent a few bottles of water 😂 Overall, except for the temperature issue, it was pretty good. Breakfast was also good

A great Location for a concert at the Grand Theater Around 30 minutes by car from the Airport. Check in was very smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable.
