After a tiring journey, staying at this hotel really helped me relax. The room was meticulously cleaned, the sheets and bedding were spotless, and there was no unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The soundproofing at night was good. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable, and communication was very smooth whenever I had questions. It's very convenient for finding places to eat and catching a taxi nearby. It's also close to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. Out of all my hotel stays within my 2 week holiday in China, this was my favourite stay. The location is convenient being situated just west of the Xi'an Wall and right next to a subway train line. What stood out for me was the service, cleanliness and quality of the rooms/facilities. The hotel staff always greeted us with a smile and catered towards all our requests, (especially the chef who served us with great food). The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and the functionality of the bathroom was great (water pressure, hairdryer etc). The room even provided free fresh fruit and beverages, and easily accessible coffee in the lobby. Additionally the hotel staff would assist with our personal laundry, wash it, place items in bag with our room number which was very helpful. Overall, a great experience, if visiting Xi'an in the future I would definetely visit again.

The in-room facilities were comprehensive and fully functional, well-maintained, and a pleasure to use. The numerous convenient services were a heartwarming touch. The free laundry service saved me the hassle of finding an external laundromat, greatly enhancing travel convenience. The dining options were impressive; the breakfast spread was rich and varied, covering staples, hot dishes, congee, desserts, and more – both plentiful and delicious. The complimentary late-night snack also provided a warm welcome for guests returning late. All the staff were professional and courteous, friendly, and efficient, handling all requests appropriately. The hotel perfectly blends quality hardware with excellent soft services, offering complete amenities and a great experience. It's an excellent choice for business travel, and I'll prioritize staying here for future trips.

I will drive to Xi'an during the Chinese New Year. Oh my God! ️It’s full! Looking for a room in the early morning, many hotels are unable to receive guests in the morning, and the hotel is really crowded during the Chinese New Year. But this hotel allowed us to check in early in the morning, so we were accommodated and had breakfast. I rested on a very high floor, quite quiet, with complete facilities and very close to tourist attractions and urban areas.

I initially booked a highly-rated B&B, but when I went to see the room, I was absolutely appalled. It was so filthy I couldn't even bring myself to step inside. I immediately canceled my reservation, and they even asked me why! I genuinely advise everyone against casually booking B&Bs, especially those in city centers. Later, I switched to the Home Inn. To my surprise, it even had a small courtyard, a hidden gem right in the bustling city center. The lobby was very welcoming, offering coffee, lemonade, and black tea, and it was all very clean. We stayed in a twin room. The room was quite spacious, and it was very quiet at night. The staff were also very professional. To sum it up, it truly met the standards of a professional hotel. If you're coming to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Mall, I highly recommend this place.

Ok, the overall is not bad, I have lived here on a business trip, I have lived next to it, this is for my colleagues, I went to see it, although it is not as good as Atour and the orange crystal next to it, but it is also OK.
