Clean, hygienic, and very quiet. The hotel even provides a humidifier, which is great for those who are sensitive to dry air and want to get a good night's sleep. They also added a memory foam pillow, so guests who aren't used to soft pillows can sleep comfortably. The blackout curtains are perfect. I had a wonderful rest and will definitely be back!

Xi'an will remain in our hearts, and one of the reasons is the quality of our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very well organized and friendly. The breakfast is very varied and of an excellent standard. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Jerry Song for the help he gave us from our arrival. Xi'an is a large and very beautiful city, and staying in an excellent hotel like this makes the stay even more unforgettable. Thank you Mercure Xi'an Longshouyuan, thank you Jerry Song. Good hotel and location, 2 x double beds in room, was very dusty from weather conditions with window left open in room. Air conditioner was limited to 23 degrees so very warm in room which made it uncomfortable to sleep

The staff is not very friendly. We arrived late at the hotel, they told us that our room was not available anymore, although we’ve already paid for it.
