This hotel, located on the Bahe River, offers a tranquil yet convenient setting. Check-in was incredibly fast, and Niki was professional and friendly throughout. Overall, my stay was excellent. I was particularly impressed when, even at 3 AM, a staff member came out to open my car door and offer assistance with my luggage. I was truly surprised and felt very well taken care of.

This hotel is uniquely situated on a peninsula at the confluence of the Chan and Ba rivers, surrounded by water on three sides. Its 270° river view is truly unparalleled in Xi'an, offering breathtaking sunsets and a fantastic nighttime ambiance. The hotel boasts a strong French artistic flair, with a trendy and eye-catching "Terracotta Warrior riding a motorcycle" installation in the lobby, and public areas that feel like a flowing art gallery. The guest rooms are spacious and elegant, and the high-floor river view rooms offer an unbeatable panorama, allowing you to admire the two rivers right from your bed. The only downsides are its somewhat remote location and inconvenient public transport, making it more suitable for those driving. While some facilities show a bit of age, the service is generally good. It's a great choice for both leisure and light business travel.

I had just undergone knee surgery and was looking for a hotel for rehabilitation. I initially chose Le Méridien because of its serene and picturesque location on an island at the confluence of the Ba and Chan Rivers. After checking in, the Front Office Manager, Rong Hao, and his colleagues were incredibly helpful. Knowing I had difficulty moving around, they went out of their way to deliver breakfast, takeout, and even ice (for my recovery) directly to my room every day. Later, my rehabilitation clinic changed to one 20 kilometers away from the hotel, but after some thought, I decided to extend my stay at the hotel for over 20 days. Many thanks to Rong Hao, and also to Peter and Ruixing at the front desk. I highly recommend the service here. Additionally, the restaurant on the third floor overlooks the Ba River and boasts the best scenic terrace dining in the Chanba area.

Traveling by RV through Xi'an, I found Le Méridien Xi'an, Chanba, to be a pet-friendly hotel, so I checked in with my dog. Many small details were very thoughtful, and I could even take my dog to the restaurant for a pet breakfast. When I left, they gave us a pet goodie bag, and my furry friend was thrilled. It would be even cleaner and easier to maintain if the carpet in the pet rooms could be specifically replaced with tiles.

The room was spotless, and the front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's environment and facilities are very new and comprehensive. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, my stay was just okay. The biggest issue was the significant gap under the room door, which meant it didn't close properly and offered absolutely no sound insulation. I could hear everything from the elevator opening and closing in the hallway to other guests talking, all clearly audible in my room, which really affected my sleep at night. The cleanliness and service were quite good, and the city view was beautiful. However, the noise issue is a real concern for families traveling with children. The facilities definitely need a thorough inspection and maintenance, otherwise, I'd find it hard to recommend this hotel to families with kids.

Environment: The hotel's overall environment is excellent, and the view from my reserved room was particularly good. Service: The ladies at the front desk who handled check-in and check-out were super nice! The disposable bathtub liner needs to be requested at the front desk. It seems a young man named Peter delivered it to my room. After I asked for the liner at the front desk, I went to the gym for a bit, and he was waiting right outside my room door when I returned. His attitude was really great! The front desk lady spoke very gently (I forgot her name). Facilities: My room was on the 12th floor. The 220v socket for the hairdryer at the vanity wasn't working. I mentioned it to the front desk lady when checking out, and she was very understanding and polite. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable, really good. Facilities: The hotel room came with an independent ironing board and iron, as well as a flashlight and a safe. There were also plenty of hangers, about 8-10 of them. This is the best-equipped hotel I've stayed in for years. The hotel's location on the Bahe River offers great views, though it's a bit far from the city center. But picture 2, taken on my first day, shows the truly beautiful scenery. Picture 1 was taken on a rainy, overcast day when I was leaving. One small suggestion: it would be more convenient if the bathtub liner could be placed in the room's vanity area, along with toothbrushes and other amenities.

This trip was a rather unpleasant experience. We had originally booked a two-night river view king room, but upon check-in, the room assigned to us didn't have a river view at all; we could only see the ventilation pipes on the rooftop (P1-P3). After raising the issue through Trip.com, the hotel apologized, explaining that due to a concert that day, all rooms were fully booked. They offered to upgrade us to a two-bedroom suite and promised to move us to a high-floor river view room the next day. The view from the new room was excellent (P4-P5), but there were still some minor hygiene issues, such as stains on the headboard and mattress that we found on both nights (P6-P7). Regarding service, the hotel staff responded very quickly from the moment we raised the issue until it was resolved, but their attention to detail was lacking. Our room included breakfast for two, but due to the room change, we encountered issues with our room card not showing the breakfast inclusion when swiped at the restaurant for two consecutive days. We even specifically highlighted this to the front desk when we changed rooms on the second day, but the problem still wasn't resolved on the last day. Overall, Le Méridien occupies a prime location in the Chanba Delta, and its hotel views are far superior to those of Hyatt Regency Chanba and Sheraton. However, there are some minor flaws in service details and hygiene. This might be related to the hotel being exceptionally busy during the Qingming Festival holiday, but I still hope the hotel can improve its hygiene and service standards. Finally, I really love their river view (P8-P11), and I hope to have a much better stay next time.

The room was spacious with unbeatable river views and a large bathtub. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, though a bit far from the city center. It would be even better if the breakfast selection was a bit more varied. A big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk for the room upgrade! I'll definitely be staying here again.

Environment: First, about the environment. Being able to see the sea right from your window is quite unique for Xi'an. The view is expansive and very comfortable. Hygiene: The hygiene is meticulous, truly five-star standard. Service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and deliver anything you need very quickly and efficiently. Facilities: My favorite part was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable, leading to a rare deep sleep. So soft, I felt completely enveloped – it was just divine.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's environment and views were excellent. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows were truly amazing. The absolute best part, which I highly recommend, is that you can actually take the room key card as a souvenir! The hotel staff even offered a variety of different card designs, so I could just take a whole set!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Parking was convenient, and electric vehicle charging was readily available. My three-day stay was very comfortable, and the hotel staff were attentive. The cocktails at the ground floor restaurant were also good, and it's a pet-friendly hotel, which is a bonus.

The breakfast was excellent! You can even go for a leisurely run around the lake from the hotel at dusk, it's absolutely beautiful!
