I'm extremely dissatisfied! I called several times before my stay, but no one answered. I was so upset. The disposable slippers broke the moment I wore them, the air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night, and the bathroom was even worse for cleanliness. The sofa smelled, and the carpet was dirty and yellow. Most importantly, for a B&B, the mattress quality was incredibly poor!
