Radisson RED Xi'an High-tech Zone

I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk team at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, our experience was elevated by their excellent service. The check-in process was seamless; the staff were all smiles, quick, and efficient – we didn't wait a minute longer than necessary. When they learned we were traveling with elderly family and young children, they proactively upgraded us to a family room with a better view. They also thoughtfully pointed out the kids' slippers and toiletries already prepared in the room. During our stay, we asked about nearby hospitals and restaurants. The front desk attendant patiently offered recommendations and even hand-wrote detailed directions and a list of signature dishes. She even noted down approximate taxi fares. At check-out, their attention to detail continued as they kindly arranged a taxi for us and specifically asked the driver to take it easy. Such warm, professional, and thoughtful service really made us feel comfortable! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit this city!

This is a hotel I'd happily return to, as I was thoroughly impressed with its location, decor, staff service, value for money, and attention to detail. 1. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for nearby attractions, being very close to the Tang Paradise and Grand Tang Everbright City. 2. The hotel facilities are brand new, and the decorative style is very artistic. From the ambiance of the lobby to the interior design of the rooms, everything felt aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are spacious with a novel layout, and I was immediately struck by how stunning they were upon entering. 3. The hotel places a strong emphasis on staff service management. Whether it was the front desk staff, the lobby bar attendants, or the housekeeping team, you could feel that the hotel's employees are highly service-oriented and consistently anticipate guests' needs. The hotel even provides a dedicated butler service, and their attitude is warm, friendly, and polite. If you're visiting Xi'an for leisure or business and are looking to stay near the Grand Tang Everbright City or Big Wild Goose Pagoda, among hotels of comparable size and price, I highly recommend experiencing this one.
