The environment is great and has a good vibe. You take off your shoes when you enter, so it's very clean. The social areas are also excellent with lots of activities. The room was warm, and the subway station is right downstairs.

The hostel had a pleasant decor and atmosphere, and the front desk staff was friendly. However, I hardly slept at all for the past two nights. It was too hot, and they wouldn't turn on the air conditioning. I'll definitely return here on my next trip to Xi'an, and I'd happily bring my family to stay. I truly loved it and wholeheartedly recommend it! You can really feel the warmth and care for guests. They offer great amenities like a water dispenser, washing machine, microwave, and even computers for use. The staff are professional, enthusiastic, and very responsible. Plus, the location is superb, with the subway entrance right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere.

Excellent! I was in Xi'an looking for work and had stayed at several hostels, but this one was by far my favorite. Its location near the subway station is very convenient. Both the rooms and the common areas are very spacious. Although the bathrooms and showers are mixed-gender, they are large and spotlessly clean. There are three shower stalls and a dedicated laundry area. It's very clean, with fresh bedding provided and made up for every guest. There's a huge dining area, and they even have massage chairs! Overall, my experience was fantastic. What I loved most was the environment – the space is truly ample, so big and wide. I've stayed in many other hostels where the common areas were too cramped or lacked windows, making them feel stuffy. This place is a breath of fresh air! I really hope they open another branch soon.

The location is absolutely fantastic. A subway station is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient for reaching popular spots like Xiaozhai and the City Wall. There's also a lively night market nearby. The hygiene couldn't be faulted. The bedding felt wonderfully soft, and the washroom area was spotlessly clean—even the mirror was free of any water stains. Hand soap and tissues were thoughtfully provided. The common area features large, comfortable sofas, perfect for watching movies on a projector or just listening to music. In the evenings, everyone would gather to play games, and there were even occasional small social activities. I met so many interesting people there! A few small, but thoughtful, details really stood out: each bed had a charging port and a night light, and the bed curtains were excellent at blocking light, ensuring privacy and not disturbing others. The lockers required a key card for access, making them very secure for storing valuables.
