I chose Haiyou Hotel because I trusted the chain, but the experience was mediocre. I don't know how they train their staff; they didn't check the software beforehand or consider the timing. They even called at 3 AM to inquire about a trip I had already cancelled, seriously disturbing my rest.
The elevator was ridiculously small, supposedly for six people, but even with three people and luggage, it was cramped. Occasionally, a robot would come up and take over the most prominent spot. The trash cans were also tiny and couldn't hold much. There was no place to put clothes in the shower; they provided a folding stool instead. The air conditioning was a wall-mounted unit, not central.
Now for the good points: the location is decent, not too far from the subway. The room was clean and tidy, with disposable toilet seat covers provided at the front desk. Bottled water was provided daily, and you could get more on the first floor. The elevator required a card to access the upper floors, the room door had a lock and chain, and takeout was delivered by a robot, so security was relatively good. I don't know if it was because the room was located far inside or if the soundproofing was good, but the environment was relatively quiet.
