JI Hotel (Shaanxi Automobile Industrial Park, Shanghai International Center)

The room was very well-equipped and clean, and I especially praised the bedding, which was very comfortable. The front desk lady was very friendly and even gave me a souvenir upon check-out, which was a real delight. I've stayed at Four Seasons Hotels many times and would definitely stay here again.

The room is well-equipped, clean, and soundproof. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. It is suitable for business travelers.

The toiletries were incomplete, and there was no toothpaste. The hotel WiFi was poor and kept disconnecting. The cleaning was not thorough, and the empty bottles were not removed after the renewal.

Terrible! Located near a major freight road, truck horns blared non-stop all night! The room smelled like renovations, and my mouth and nose felt dry and sore, especially after turning on the air conditioner! The shower was 75 decibels, and I was deaf afterward! The front desk clerk had an attitude of, "I don't know, I can't do anything about it, there's nothing I can do." The only normal thing was the breakfast, but after breathing in formaldehyde all night, hearing truck horns, and being hot for half the night, who could appreciate breakfast?

First, the room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear the sound of high heels from above at around 10:00 AM. Secondly, I could hear the bathroom flushing whenever someone above me showered. Finally, I don't know if the cleaning was thorough or if they didn't change the sheets or duvet covers; the quilt and pillows all reeked of cigarette smoke. Because it was so late, I used a tissue to sleep on, and after sleeping on the bed, I felt itchy (I don't have sensitive skin), even after showering. This was the first time I'd ever encountered such a situation. It's truly appalling that chain hotels are so substandard in every way.

入住體驗很差，預訂的時候專門備註了高一點的樓層，結果房間在5樓，這不是最低層嗎，酒店完全無視備註訊息，更氣憤的是房間窗户很小，打開窗户外面是一家醫院，首先映入眼簾的是住院部幾個大字，瞬間讓人窒息！由於離醫院距離很近，加上低樓層，衹感覺到了壓抑，房間佈局非常緊促，一個人住都有些擠。洗澡的時候水忽冷忽熱的，不太穩定，早餐種類也很少，本來訂全季就是覺得連鎖酒店起碼有一定保障，結果發現可能還不如一些小酒店。
