The decor here is truly distinctive, making it incredibly photogenic – perfect for taking some fantastic pictures! My family absolutely loved it, which made me feel great about our choice. We'll definitely be back! The customer service was also super efficient in handling any issues; they absolutely deserve a big thumbs up! 🌟

The room was spotless, and housekeeping was very prompt. The front desk service was excellent; they were incredibly welcoming and always quick to resolve any issues. The hotel provides self-service washing machines and dryers, which made doing laundry super convenient! I absolutely loved the hotel's interior design. When I first walked in, I actually thought I'd stumbled into a trendy bar! It's very modern and stylish, and I'm sure it's a big hit with younger guests.

We stayed here for four days with our child. The hotel was very clean, and its location is excellent – close to the subway station with plenty of local eateries right downstairs. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating; they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. To top it off, they surprised our child with a bag of snacks upon our departure. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a river-view room, and the moment we opened the window, we were absolutely captivated – the view was expansive, offering a stunning panoramic vista of the river. When the lights came on at night, it created an absolutely magical ambiance. The room itself was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring we had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had ample hot water, and the complimentary toiletries had a subtle, pleasant botanical scent. The breakfast deserves a special mention; the selection was so vast, we were truly spoilt for choice with both Chinese and Western options. The live noodle station and the freshly baked goods section were particular highlights – everything was made with fresh ingredients and tasted incredibly authentic. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options right on its doorstep. Upon check-out, the staff proactively inquired about our stay, showing excellent attentiveness. All in all, this was a thoroughly satisfying stay and offered fantastic value for money. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

Staying at MCSR Hotel in Xi’an was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed — the perfect mix of comfort and style. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, with a great bed and thoughtful amenities that made me feel at home.

The room was spotless, had a lovely character, and the understated modern decor was exactly to my taste. This place offers incredible value for money; rooms of this standard typically go for 200+, but I managed to snag it for under 200. The friendly young man at the front desk noticed I was traveling with a child and thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room, which was incredibly kind. And to my delight, right outside the hotel was a vibrant snack street, filled with authentic, long-standing eateries in a historic district – a truly unexpected treat! It's also super close to major attractions like the Bell Tower, Datang Everbright City, and Shuyuanmen. Taxi fares to these spots were consistently around 10 yuan. The location simply can't be beaten.

The hotel has a distinctive ambiance; there's a small bar in the lobby where you can enjoy a drink. However, the overall cleanliness was a bit subpar, perhaps due to the gym on the second floor being renovated. The room I booked was relatively small, and there wasn't much space for amenities. Also, please note that the slippers provided are not complimentary. On the brighter side, the staff were exceptionally polite; they always prioritized guests when exiting the elevator. The front desk attendant was also very courteous and even gave a small parting gift upon check-out. Overall, a good experience.

Clean and cozy hotel, great value for money, foreigner friendly, and good location (walkable distance to Line 2 Tiyuchang Metro Station. 10-minute car ride to Shaanxi International Travel Healthcare Center (where foreigners need to do their Physical/Medical Exam)

I had a really good experience staying at this hotel in Xi’an. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I found it super convenient that they had a laundry area with washing and ironing facilities—perfect for travelers. There was also a small gym on the 2nd floor, which was a nice bonus. The location was great too, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and local food spots. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Xi’an!

I had a bit of trouble finding it the first time, but aside from that, the hotel was amazing. It was clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very convenient. The staff didn’t speak English, but they were very friendly and did their best to help me with everything. I am very satisfied and will definitely choose the same hotel next time. It was pretty good and it was clean. But there was cigarette smoke from hallways. At night there was more smoking..

Quiet hotel in a great location - many restaurants, street vendors, convenience stores around. If you're the walking type, Xi'an City Wall, Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and Giant Wild Goose Pagoda are all within 45-60mins by foot. If not though no worries - closest metro stop is 5 minutes by foot. Cleanliness is where it could be a bit better but not at all a deal breaker, especially considering the price.
