The hotel facilities are good. The hotel is located right into the city which is very close to Zhonglou subway station and convenient to find restaurant and convenient store nearby.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was clean and modern. It's very close to the metro and there's lots to do nearby. The breakfast was decent. Solid experience overall.

Located in the prime area, close to the metro, bell tower and other shopping mall and restaurants. With less than 5mins walk to the bell tower. Very reasonable price for its location and service.
I booked the no-window room but was given a free ungraded into a window. I chose the room that facing the street. The staff did warned me about the noise that I may experience, but i didn’t encounter any of such issue. The room is spacious, clean and looks exactly like advertised. The cleaning lady is polite and offers with every little help you may need.
The staff have good English, very polite and willing to accommodate your request.

2 minutes walking from the Bell Tower, this Hotel has the best location possible. The room is fantastic, beautiful and super hi tech. And all the staff is amazing. My last night I needed to do laundry but wanted to go out to see the city by night and Yanghaoyu the receptionist, helped me with my laundry. When I arrived I had all my clothes fold in a beautiful bag. Everyone treat me so well. And the breakfast is absolutely perfect. So many different food, so many vegetables cooked in different ways. I couldn’t ask for better. Honestly, I can’t find anything to improve. Everything is just perfect.

Excellent location, next to subway line 2 and historic bell building, load with shopping and restaurants. Superb friendly front desk staffs whom always helpful.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel… so comfy that we forgot to take photos 😂The hotel seems new and has smart features (lights, curtains can be controlled by Xiaodu). The free breakfast that came with our stay was decent. This hotel is strategically located, very close to Bell tower, malls, (paid) shuttle bus to Terracotta Army, cultural street, walking distance to Muslim Quarter and metro station. The staff at the front desk were also friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a room with windows. One small issue for me is the lifts to the hotel. Occasionally, we had to wait for a while as the hotel/reception is on the 4th floor. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a good time at Jinxing hotel 🏨 in Xi’an. Thank you!

Great location in the center and nearby the Bell Tower. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and it's easy to explore other areas of the city. Yhe best was the service: hotel staff was helpful and kind. The room I got was a bit noisy because the noise of the street, but overall a great deal for the price.

Excellent location, right in the center. The bathroom is inside the room without a separation so it's best for a solo traveler. Everything was excellent.
