Mcsrh Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Branch)

I like the Hotel very much. Service was amazing and in general everything one needs is given. Cleanness: the walls were a bit dirty but I didn’t mind and the rest is good. Location: is very nice and next to a small street with many restaurants and 5 minutes from a Metro Station and with Bike like 10 minutes from the Bell Tower. Amenities: everything was there but the washing machine and dryer were almost constantly in use so you’d had to wait for it

Its hard to communicate with the staff at the reception, but everything else working out great. But care, the beds are really hard. The location is great to get everywhere and the beamer and Movies are free but only in Chinese.

The location was good but the hotel was definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. It was filthy and absolutely smelled foul of cigarettes. The bed wasn’t even a mattress it was like a rock hard plank of wood. The walls were paper thin with horrible, unwanted sounds coming through them. The location was the only thing good about the place. Wouldn’t recomend if you’re expecting a 4 star hotel, felt more like a hostel. The staff however were friendly and helpful. Only took one photo but this was the state of the wall and ceiling.

The staff at Mcsrh Hotel were welcoming, and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed during our stay. However, the room itself showed a noticeable lack of basic upkeep and cleaning standards. There were visible stains, squashed mosquitoes on the walls that were never cleaned off, and peeling paint on the ceiling. While we understand this is an affordable, low-cost hotel, a basic standard of cleanliness and ongoing maintenance should still be maintained regardless of the price point. It is an acceptable option if you are on a tight budget, but management really needs to step up their room maintenance and room cleaning routines.

Very good quality-price accommodation. The location is very good, a couple of walking minutes from the city center. The space of the room is just what I needed, the whole room was clean. And the staff let me leave my luggage once I check-out. And even could use a toilet.
