Xi'an Guangcheng Business Travel Apartment Hotel (near the Bell Tower)

The lobby of the service apartment is always crowded with people. Actually, there is a kitchen, but there are no cooking utensils or tableware. What is very interesting is that the temperature inside the room is low despite the fact that it is high-rise. Even though it was a hot day outside, I lived with almost no air conditioner turned on. The shower room facilities for both toilets are similar to those of Japanese business hotels. It is very convenient because there is a ******* bicycle stop at the entrance of the hotel. Coffee is not included in the breakfast menu, but doujiang is instead. Coffee is on sale in the lobby.

The room and hotel was super clean! I was quite impressed by this. The staff were accommodating and helpful. There was only one problem we had, the description states that one of the amenities is an indoor pool, but the indoor pool is at their sister hotel which is next door and you can only use the the pool if you have booked a certain room type, so I would suggest that this be stated on the room description to avoid the situation we had, as one of the reasons we booked this hotel is because it stated that there was a pool. HOWEVER, after contacting Trip.Com about the discrepancy, the hotel staff promptly escorted us to the pool as they were quite understanding of how the description of the amenities is misleading. They were very apologetic and even gave us a plate of fruit for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Xi'an.
