We came to Xi’an for 3 days and decided to stay in Ease hotel and it was the best decision. Our room as well as the room of our friends were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was willing to help with any problem and stayed in touch with us 24/7, not to mention they kindly let us check out a little late as we had personal issues on the day. The breakfast food is good, just enough to eat and give you energy for the day. Perfect location, 5 min walk from the city wall. Free unlimited laundry and a little gym. We highly recommend this hotel

The room I had was aesthetically pleasing. Room had voice control for lights, curtains and air conditioning control. Location was a short 15 minutes walk to a mall and subway station. Highly recommended for a stay in quiet part of the city. Breakfast selection was adequate and overall satisfying with big sitting area. Definitely will stay here for my next visit

The rooms are spacious, with robot Xiao Du handling the room controls. It also features full-height mirrors, which we appreciated.
The staff is thoughtful and kind. We arrived late at night, and he didn’t keep us waiting long to check in. They also paid attention to our request to arrange shower curtains in the rooms, as the bathroom, shown in their photos and other guests’ reviews, has a glass door/wall that can be seen through from the room.
They provided magnet souvenirs in exchange for reviews, which didn’t bother us at all because everything at this hotel was great.

Breakfast is delicious and they have great hospitality.
Transportation is in a somewhat convenient location. Takes about 7/8 mins to walk to the nearest subway station. Peaceful quiet area.
Room size is presented in a bigger view which in reality is much smaller than that.
A satisfactory choice.
