What impressed me most was the hotel's meticulous cleanliness. Even a germaphobe like me felt completely at ease staying here. The entire room was spotless, with not a speck of dust on the floors or surfaces. The bedding was pristine white, fluffy, clean, and odorless. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the vanity, mirror, and even the nooks and crannies were thoroughly cleaned. The toiletries were neatly arranged, with no water stains or grime. The overall impression was clean and fresh, with hygiene standards far exceeding other hotels in the same price range. The hotel's amenities are also incredibly high-end and comprehensive, providing an excellent experience. The room is equipped with an AI intelligent voice control system, allowing you to operate lights, curtains, and air conditioning by voice – very convenient and high-tech. It comes standard with a Mousse spine-friendly mattress, which is perfectly firm yet soft, allowing you to relax and rest after a day of sightseeing. There are also high-quality amenities like a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and a three-second instant hot water dispenser, showing attention to every detail. In the public areas, the gym and self-service laundry room are fully equipped, and all facilities are brand new and in perfect condition. Overall, my stay was comfortable and delightful. It was clean, hygienic, had high-end facilities, and offered excellent value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an!

The service was good and they were quick to respond to issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Bell Tower subway station, making it convenient to visit the Bell Tower. It's easy to get around from here, with many snack stalls downstairs and a short walk to the Muslim Quarter. It's also easy to catch a taxi downstairs to the Terracotta Army.

Booked the family suite, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The sofa was also huge, perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping. The service was good too. The dual sinks were a great feature for multiple guests. The only downside was the showerhead design, which was a bit odd, and the water pressure was very low. I tried cleaning the showerhead holes, and the water pressure improved, so it might have been clogged. I suggest regular cleaning of the showerheads.

The mattress was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring the kids slept soundly at night. My child especially loved the free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available on the second floor; it made for some memorable photos. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including congee and steamed eggs, perfect for children. The 24-hour self-service laundry room was a lifesaver for washing dirty kids' clothes, and adults could even sneak in a workout at the gym. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with no strange odors, and the staff were warm and patient, providing detailed answers for luggage storage and tour inquiries. Our family's stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xi'an with children!

You can see the Bell Tower right from the hotel entrance, and in the evening, when the lights come on, the night view of the Bell Tower is absolutely stunning – a truly therapeutic experience for an evening stroll. The hotel is surrounded by amazing food; you can easily walk to Zhonglou Residential Quarter, Muslim Quarter, and Luomashi Snack Street. There's an endless variety of local snacks and trendy eats, so foodies will be thrilled just wandering out and trying everything. During the hot summer, if you don't feel like going out, the comfort of taking a nap in the room is fantastic. The air conditioning is incredibly powerful, keeping the room cool and quiet. It's so relaxing to just lie down and rest in the room after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. This is definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Xi'an!

Five stars, highly recommend! The location is absolutely divine – right outside the Bell Tower metro station, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. There's even a direct shuttle to the Terracotta Army, so traveling with luggage is a breeze. The front desk staff were super helpful, proactively giving us a hand-drawn map of must-see sights and local food spots, and offering tips to avoid tourist traps. The room itself is fully voice-controlled, spotlessly clean, with soft bedding and great soundproofing, ensuring a really peaceful night's sleep. This is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Xi'an!

The hotel is right next to the Bell Tower and very close to the Muslim Quarter. The breakfast is excellent with both Western and Chinese options. There's also sour plum juice in the lobby, which is perfect for a refreshing drink after a long day of sightseeing.
