laudable effort to go smokefree.......need posters everwhere....frontdesk,lobby,lift,cafe,corridor everywhere.....not just a small coaster the threathens penalty which they dont enforce.good location, walkable to belltower area. 5 mins walk to beidajie station on line2 to go anywhwre farther.

We had a good 5 nights stay. We were on a large avenue, so there was a bit of noise coming through the window (13th floor).

Extremely helpful staff, assisted me with many small tasks including ordering delivery. Very patient with me since I didn’t know how to read Chinese. Loved breakfast and the service robot. Rooms were very clean. Thank you

Very convenient stay for our family , we enjoyed the stays for 5 nights, no regret at all.The rooms are clean , big and comfy.The whole hotel lobby and lifts are filled with orange flavour .
washing machines and dryers are provided , added to the value of staying.
Good breakfast . Will come back again to stay if we wanna visit Xian again.
We joined the local tours from the tour agent’s attached in the hotel. Everything is fine.

Location can be improved as many taxis cannot find this hotel in app. Probably since they newly opened. They share a building with another hotel. Good restaurants beside the hotel. Walk to mtr is also around 10-15mins. You cannot smell cigarette smoke which is perfect. Ameneties are great with free flowing fresh coffee and water in the front desk. Will definitely stay with the Orange Group again!

The service pretty good, they really try to make the guest happy and do the best they can, special thanks to 小王and 小陈to help me booked the DiDi due to my phone error. They make sure I get the fastest way to the station while 小王looking for a taxi in front of the hotel, 小陈 using her personal cell to book DiDi for me and they contact me make sure I get to the station and everything ok. The hotel is clean and good location.
