We had to switch 3 rooms until we got LESS smoked one, and all our friends in other rooms were not happy with smell of cigarettes.

I feel that there are more students and resident customers than travelers. I was informed that the laundry room was crowded in the evening. I rented a charger at the reception desk because cable charging is not possible.

This was probably one of the best hotel I ever stayed in China. Staffs were friendly and the quality of the room was fantastic.

The best hotel we had in China! It was clean, the room was very spacious, staff spoke English, and we got the best breakfast in the morning! We also had tickets given for free afternoon tea and dinner, but we were out that night.
Location is 6 mins from metro station too.
Highly recommend and would be back!

Awesome location, just a short walk from Wulukou station, which makes it really easy to get to all the main attractions. The staff were really professional and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety, and there’s a café right next to the lobby. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well taken care of. Only downside was a bit of a smoke smell and the soundproofing could be better. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay!

Was at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly, it is convenient that there is a free laundry on the 8th floor, but unfortunately I had problems, the clothes did not wash properly (probably there was not enough soap), the dryer did not dry the laundry even after 1 hour of drying + the room was very humid and the clothes did not dry even after 2 days, felt wet and cold. The room was terribly cold (+20 °C) I turned on the air conditioner to +45 °C and overnight the temperature remained the same +20 °C. Maybe it was because it was raining at the time, but it made the hotel a bit worse. If the air conditioning was working properly and it was not so humid - this is a very good hotel for the price.

The Hotel is clean and tidy in a good location, I didn't have much interaction with the staff but the little I did have did not result in a positive outcome.
The information supplied by the Hotel and Trip.com is not accurate and both were unwilling to accept responsibility.
I would suggest that you book with both this Hotel and Trip.com, with caution.
