Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Xi'an Bell and Drum Towers Dachaishi Metro Station

A very warm and inviting hotel with beautiful surroundings. It's right across from the city wall, and sitting on the terrace in the evening, enjoying the ancient vibes while gazing at the wall, felt like I was transported back to the Tang Dynasty! The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a highly recommended hotel! My kids had a fantastic time too!

This hotel is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel itself has a quietly elegant ambiance. The elevators were quick, and the hallways were clean and clutter-free. Breakfast hours are generous, from 7 AM to 10 AM, allowing plenty of time to sleep in before heading down to eat. Whether you're staying for a short visit or spending several days exploring Xi'an, this conveniently located and well-equipped hotel is definitely a great choice.

The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor, 600 meters from Daxian City Metro Station. I usually stay at HUAZHU or Atour, so this was my first time at Country Inn & Suites. The standard king room had a decorative faux window, which meant poor natural light and ventilation. The pillows weren't memory foam, leaving my neck unsupported during sleep. The shower had low water pressure, and the toilet wasn't heated. Overall, it's an economy hotel quality. It did have two pros: first, the room had a tea set, which is great for business travelers who enjoy tea. Second, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When the fresh air system noise bothered my sleep at 1:30 AM, an engineer came and fixed it. All the front desk staff were quick to respond and actively assisted with any issues. There's also a terrace on the fourth floor with a view of the ancient city, which is lovely to sit on in the evening.

My stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, and check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. Plus, there's parking available for guests, which is a huge bonus. Overall, it's excellent value for money and definitely recommended.

I'd say it was a really cozy experience. You can see the Xi'an city wall directly from the terrace, and on the day we checked in, I happened to catch a breathtaking sunset over Xi'an. It was absolutely stunning! My favorite part was definitely the hotel's large terrace – it’s super beautiful and perfect for photos. My best friend took so many gorgeous pictures of me there! The overall environment and facilities felt very reassuring. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable to the touch. After a long day out, it was incredibly relaxing to lie down. The mattress was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I called for two extra bottles of water, and they were delivered to my room almost immediately. The service attitude was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station, and just a short walk to the city wall. It was a very comfortable stay overall. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. Happy days!

This stay experience exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was very quick with no unnecessary waiting. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. There was plenty of hot water with stable pressure. The soundproofing was also quite good; it was very quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. All the facilities were very well maintained, and the public areas were clean and odor-free. The service was thoughtful and genuine. I will definitely choose this place again next time. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

I chose this hotel again for my trip to Xi'an, and it seems like they've recently upgraded or renovated. I can't believe how amazing it is! We paid a little extra to upgrade to a terrace room, and it was absolutely fantastic. It has a super large private terrace, and just through the hallway, there's an even bigger viewing terrace that faces the city wall. It’s perfect for photos – I think the pictures taken here look even better than those taken directly on the city wall! The service was also excellent; the front desk staff even brought us an Americano, which I enjoyed while relaxing in the rocking chair – very pleasant. We had breakfast the next day, and it was very generous, especially the delicious rice noodles. The laundry room is quite spacious, and underground parking is convenient. It’s close to all the attractions and the subway, so we could park the car and avoid traffic. Oh, and they also gave us fresh welcome fruit. When it rained in the afternoon, the front desk thoughtfully provided umbrellas. And when we came back in the evening, there was even a late-night snack! It really is great! The room is very clean, the facilities are excellent, everything was just perfect!
