The room was clean and the staff where very friendly. The hotel is located right next to the drum tower and a large shopping mall. The metro is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Location is good . 3 mins walk to bell tower subway station and Muslim qtr huimin street. Eateries a lot. Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are provided free use of detergent. Room is spacious. Breakfast is decent.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel of my trip to Shaanxi! First, the TV in the room was just for show! You could only watch on-demand programs, not live TV channels. When I called the front desk to ask about it, a male staff member replied, "No one watches TV anymore." Seriously?! That's incredibly unprofessional. Second, I booked a family room, but when paying, I could only select a maximum of two breakfasts. When I arrived, I asked the front desk if they could offer an additional one for free but was refused. It's worth noting that in similar situations, most other hotels would proactively offer an extra breakfast. Aside from the above frustrations, there were some positives. For example, the location is excellent; it's only a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. And my favorite Lao Fanjia restaurant was only about a ten-minute walk away.

Positive: Hotel location is good, it is hidden from the main road, therefore is quiet at night, can have good sleep. It is also very close to Bell tower and subway station line 2, easy access to high speed train station and other attractions. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is decent. Negative: We stayed in the family room which is next to a meeting room and the lift, during our stay, there was a conference on going, during the break time, they smoke at the lift area and the stair case, the smoke smell came into our room. I have asthma and complain this to the front desk via wechat, but they just ignored the message. It seems normal for China people to smoke indoor???
