Gucheng Xiaozhu Homestay (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Sajinqiao Subway Station)

Overall, it's pretty good. The decor is quite new, the smell isn't too strong, and it's clean and tidy. The location is great, a few hundred meters from the subway station, the popular food street Sajinqiao, and the local markets Jiaochangmen and Dapiyuan. The barbecue downstairs is delicious; I ate at Ma Wu Barbecue for three days straight 😄, truly experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of the old town. The owner is very welcoming; just let her know what you need. I renewed my reservation for a few more days, and she even gave me a discount—a very honest person.

I stayed for 7 nights in total. It was a very nice guesthouse. The environment was clean and tidy, and it was close to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. There was a cultural district nearby. The guesthouse owner was very nice. If I go again next time, I will choose to stay here again.

The room was a bit small, but very clean and tidy. The window was large, providing excellent natural light. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Every day when I returned from sightseeing, the trash in the room was cleaned up, and bottled water and toothbrushes were replenished promptly. The projector in the room was large and clear, making watching anime on the screen a great experience. The room was also well soundproofed; I didn't hear any noise from other rooms during my three-night stay. The location of the guesthouse was also good, very close to Sajinqiao Food Street and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. However, the street where the guesthouse was located was a bit narrow, so you had to walk two or three minutes to the main intersection to hail a taxi. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this guesthouse and had a very enjoyable Dragon Boat Festival holiday! (No photos taken, please.) I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it felt like home. The two beds were both large, and the environment was very clean. The air conditioning was also very warm in winter. The location is convenient, right next to the Muslim Quarter. Everything was great, and the owner was very welcoming. The guesthouse was simple and clean, and I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.
