The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly The location is great, near subway ZhongLou station, very convenient to go to many tourist spots The breakfast is good too

Hotel reception is very friendly and helpful throughout our trip especially 小王. Our taobao parcel is kept securely in a locked store room . The hotel is very new . I like the hardness of the bed and also pillow . Smart room with 小度 . The locations is very good that is very close to the subway and main attraction.

A hotel’s location is excellent, near the Bell Tower, shopping malls and a great variety of cafes and restaurants. It’s just 5 minutes walk to the metro. Facilities are very modern and convenient. A free laundry is a big plus for guests who travel for a long time. Breakfast is varied and there’s a coffee machine that is great for coffee lovers. We strongly recommend this hotel for everyone.

This hotel’s location is so convenient for tourists. Everything is accessible within Hotel vicinity. Didi driver will drop you off at the bus stop in front of the hotel. Bell tower is just metres away. Even though hotel is situated on the main road but it is not noisy at all. Hotel service is excellent. All the staff are courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant every morning. We would like to commend a staff in the restaurant named Qi Rui Xia 漆瑞霞 for her warm personality and great hospitality. Our booking includes a free one time transfer from airport to hotel. Just make sure you contact the hotel in advance. We ended up booking day tours through the personnel Hu Xiao Hong 胡晓红who arranged our complimentary airport transfer. She is stationed inside the hotel reception lobby from morning till evening. So, it saves us stress and hassle to look for reliable tours. Her service is really great. She will chat with me on Wechat to make sure we get on the correct tour bus when we have a tour on that particular day. I would also like to commend a female housekeeping staff whom I did not manage to get her name. She is always seen with a smile and greets us whenever we meet in the laundry room. This hotel is truly a gem . I would definitely stay again in my future trips to beautiful Xi’an.

Overall check-in to check-out was satisfactory with all front desk’s helpful staffs. Hotel location is convenient & clean. Breakfast is also ok. The only set back is the hotel’s free terra-cotta worrier guide (doesn’t include entrance tickets and others), which is some sort of like a gimmick to lure us into engaging with the hotel’s tour agency/agent on their package. We opted for the tour package after being convinced by the agent in the name of the hotel, and we even cancelled our earlier pre-booked package, however; the entire tour experience with the hotel’s agency was nothing to shout about. And I believe we can get better tour options from others. They also did some up-sell & cross-sell of other attractions/souvenirs during our journey. The package inclusive of lunch, but the lunch buffet was a joke. Rice/noodle with all vegetarian dishes - that’s all & no water/drinks. The main disappointment was they only briefly & quickly brought us through the entire terra-cotta 1, 2, & 3 pits and the bronze horse cart. But they did not bring us to the latest built 50th anniversary gallery which is supposed to be the main highlight. It’s a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your time on their tour package in the name of their hotel despite looking attractive. The hotel shouldn’t engage such tour agency to tarnish the branding unnecessarily even though it could be under same company.
