My stay here exceeded expectations; the attention to detail truly made a difference. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. It's an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, making my short stay incredibly meaningful.

While the exterior of Manxin Hotel might not be incredibly striking, once you step inside, you'll find so many thoughtful little details. The service was excellent and very attentive; they met all our requests and even wrote us a handwritten reply card. Surprisingly, we were even invited to eat our takeout in the restaurant on the first floor! Every detail showed they truly put the customer's needs first. They also offered afternoon tea. We had a room for four, and the staff proactively gave us two extra bottles of water without us even asking. Upon checkout, they even gave us a parting gift. We stayed for 3 days, and I'll definitely choose Manxin again next time I'm in Xi'an ❤️

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station. There are also various convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, so it's super convenient. Before checking in, I was a bit worried that since it opened in 2018, it might be a bit old, but to my surprise, it's really well-maintained. The projector TV, smart toilet, and self-service laundry all worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying here!

Booked this hotel for a friend and they loved it. The location is excellent, super convenient for getting around. Plus, there's free parking, which is a huge bonus! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food was great too. Definitely good value for money, we'll be booking here again!

The room was very clean, and the layout was excellent, directly facing the city wall with a small balcony. The service was also exceptionally good. It was surprisingly quiet, and very close to Yongxingfang, Xi'an Incident Memorial Hall, and Laocaichang.

I took my mom to Xi'an for two days, and the hotel's location was excellent. The Metro Line 4 made it really easy to get to Xi'an North Station, which is convenient for both flights and high-speed trains. Everything about it was great. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel facilities were fantastic – it seems like it's been recently renovated. Shopping and dining options nearby were super convenient, and the surrounding area felt really livable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I can understand the price hike during holidays, but the facilities are old, there are many unidentifiable stains on the chair in the room, and the toilet also has a lot of dirty marks. However, for almost 800 yuan for two nights, couldn't they at least clean the place properly? After staying the first night, both of us woke up the next morning with allergic reactions on our necks, which got progressively worse. The room's TV casting didn't work at all; the internet was too slow to load anything. When I tried to open TV channels, the screen was just a blurry mess! We had to leave after two days, the experience was really bad, and I'm never coming back.

The hotel has a great location and a nice environment. It's right next to the subway station and very close to nearby businesses. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs.

Breakfast offered a rich and delicious variety, and parking was convenient. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making it an excellent choice for business travelers.
