New hotel at the Xi’an Railway Station which was convenient for arriving on an overnight train from Beijing. It was also great for transportation using the Metro subway for getting around. Bottled Water was supplied everyday. Disposable towels and slippers were provided. Had a great stay.

整體體驗感非常差！！！訂房與入住不符合，花了高級大床房的錢入住的大床房，也沒有外景窗户，前台人員不專業，前一秒還説我們是外景窗户。我們説我們就不是外景窗，外面就是一堵牆，前台説的前言不對後語的，又給我們解釋打圓場。真的無語！我們續住第二天下午的房子，又給續住的當天的時間，打電話給我們又説給我們時間搞錯了，這一天真的讓人破防。後面反饋情況以後，又來給我説我們入住到就是高級大床房，那為啥圖片不放對應的呢？面積也不對。誘導消費者，誤導消費者。隔音也不太好。樓上踢裏哐啷的。前三四天就打電話諮詢了停車到問題，告訴我停火車站地下停車場，當天再打電話問，告訴我停一帶一路經濟開發什麼的地下停車場。沒有解決實際問題，而是不斷的去強調我們的住房就是高級大床房，也不解釋為什麼圖片不符合，前台都説了我們是外景窗户為何我們到窗户外面是一堵牆？謊話連篇！誠信何在？

新開的酒店，但是沒有什麼裝修味道，忘記拍房間圖了，跟圖片一樣。離火車站非常近，步行幾分鐘就到了，我們坐火車去臨潼和華山都很方便，房間佈局合理，衞生間大，就是我住的床離電視有點近，我路過看別人的房間好像大一點，不過出去玩早出晚歸也不影響，如果喜歡大的讓前台提前幫留應該可以。店裡每個人服務都很好，前台小哥哥看我很晚再等烘乾，主動提出幫忙，白天還有一個阿姨也是説幹了幫取出來袋子裝好，總之這次西安之旅還是很滿意的，有好的睡眠體驗才能有好的旅遊心情。
