Ibis Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Yongning Gate)

The hotel's location is quite easy to find, and it's not far from the city center. However, during morning and evening rush hours, the surrounding area gets very busy with cars and people, so drivers should contact the hotel in advance regarding parking. The room was very quiet, and the amenities were mostly complete. The staff were exceptionally friendly!

The room was very clean and odorless, the location was convenient, and the price was great. The front desk staff were super nice and enthusiastic, always ready to help with anything. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an!

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

The location is super convenient! It's an easy walk to the Bell Tower and Xi'an Museum. For places like Datang Everbright City, Shaanxi History Museum, and Sajinqiao, a taxi ride is quick and simple. There are also plenty of shopping areas nearby, plus famous local eateries like Weijia Liangpi and Chahualong. We had a great time! The room itself was generally good, though the bathroom was a bit small. We stayed in two rooms for four nights but didn't get complimentary breakfast, which was a bit of a shame. The family room faced the street, so it was a little noisy. The Qin Sheng Zhai downstairs had some delicious food.

The room's decor really suited my taste, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The hygiene was impeccable, and the living environment was very quiet and safe. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.
