I booked this hotel online. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to visit malls like Grand City and Longshouyuan, which are just a short taxi ride away. Service: As soon as I arrived on the first floor, the staff warmly helped me with my luggage and guided me to the third floor for check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. Environment: From the lobby on the first floor to the hallways and rooms, everything was very clean. Upon entering my room, it felt very bright, tidy, and overall quite new. The stay experience was excellent. Hygiene: I tried the hotel's buffet, and the variety of dishes was extensive. The fruits, wines, and beverages were neatly arranged, and the seafood was also very fresh. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to friends for their next visit.

Highly recommended high-end hotel with excellent value for money. The decor is very new, and the rooms have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making them overall comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant is quiet and spacious. The service is enthusiastic, and parking is quite convenient with plenty of underground spaces. Nearby, there are malls, coffee shops, and convenience stores that cater to dining and shopping needs. There's also a fantastic dessert shop right outside the hotel that I highly recommend. I mainly stayed here for a self-driving trip, as it's convenient for daily excursions out of the city, with a 10-minute drive to the highway, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel is great overall, but I forgot to take photos of the room.

The hotel facilities are very well-maintained, feeling much newer than their actual age suggests. Henry at the front desk provided excellent service; he was enthusiastic and proactive. As this was a business trip, the late check-out was incredibly helpful! The surrounding area of the hotel is also decent, with very convenient subway access. I'd love to experience more of what the hotel offers next time I'm in town.

This time, I had more time to really experience the hotel. First off, the location is excellent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are malls nearby, making dining and shopping super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, actively asking about guests' needs and even offering welcome fruit. Although the hotel has been around for some years, the facilities are well-maintained and look very new. I especially want to commend how incredibly clean everything is. The housekeeping staff were very polite, always greeting me when we met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future and recommend it to friends and family.

Quite average, definitely not up to five-star standards. I didn't even have time to experience the special activities because they were too far away and had time limits. The facilities are a bit old, and the quality of the toilet paper was really bad. Breakfast was mediocre, with limited options, mostly Western.

Quite satisfied overall. It's very quiet, clean, and hygienic. Parking is also convenient, and there's a shopping mall right next door.

This is the best hotel i have ever stayed at in xi’an!!! THE BEST!!! The reception was excellent. He was so courteous and whenever we had an issue, he immediately had it solved. During check in we requested for more water and it was sent up immediately. Every day the amount of water replenished was exactly how much we needed from the first day. The food delivery was always smoothly delivered up by the robot. The gym was excellent and very well maintained. The room, it is always so clean. Overall, this is hands down one of the best hotels ive stayed in in china. Again, a shout out to the male reception (didnt get his name but it was a young guy andhe doesnt wear glasses) who always ensured everything was perfect for us.
