Very cute room on the top floor. It was cozy and the aircon worked well. Super close to the city wall. I had a water leak one day when I came back and my things got wet but they fixed it quickly the next day. I'd go here again.

Nice place, the view wasn’t bad from the 2nd floor. They don’t provide much toiletries, not even hair conditioner haha

First room they gave me (top floor, 01) was unacceptable. Dirty, funky smell, old (loud) AC and in desperate need of renovation. I asked for another room which they gave me without hesitation, the other room was the exact opposite. Clean, modern, quite and an exceptional deal considering the price. So I can’t unreservedly recommend this place, but I still was very pleased with my stay.

Excellent! You can see the city walls right from here. There's a garden upstairs, and it's right next to a bistro and a beautiful restaurant. Plus, the most famous night market and morning market are just around the corner. Highly recommend staying here, it's really great!

I stayed in the penthouse because I loved the private little courtyard outside each room. Waking up and just sitting there doing nothing was incredibly relaxing. An auntie came to clean every day, and there were two cute kitties upstairs 🥰. The main gate downstairs was locked at midnight, which made me feel very secure. The location is right next to the city wall. I had friends there who drove me around, but I think the location is still quite good for getting to different attractions, not too far at all. The front desk lady was also great; she even helped me with my luggage the night I arrived. I'm so grateful (because there's no elevator, and my luggage was really heavy, she literally carried it all the way up to the penthouse for me 🥹).

The room was really bright and spacious, perfect for catching up on shows on the small balcony at night. The front desk service was excellent too; they kindly stored my luggage for two days, which I really appreciated! ☺️

The hotel entrance really impressed me with its decor, and being right by the city wall was a nice touch. The little alleyway next to it, lined with small pubs, was quite charming. However, once I got into the room, my impression quickly changed. It felt very stuffy, with an odor from poor ventilation that could only be remedied by turning on the air conditioning. My biggest complaint is that when I booked, there was no mention that the window was facing a corridor or hallway. I always check for windows when booking a hotel, and this one only stated 'floor-to-ceiling windows' and 'has windows,' with no further explanation. When I called the front desk, they said this was the standard for the room type I booked and mentioned they would update the platform's description later. I'd expect Trip.com to have stricter requirements for such details. I even briefly wondered if I was given this room because I booked early at a lower price and the hotel raised prices for the Qingming Festival, but I couldn't be bothered to pursue it further. It was only for one night anyway.

The service was excellent, the environment was super comfortable, and there were so many adorable kittens! 🐱

Overall, it was great! The staff were very friendly. When I checked in, the front desk attendant even let me pick the room type I liked. The room was spacious, and I loved the small courtyard on the fourth floor with the little cats – it had such a cozy vibe, especially when it rained. The fourth floor also gets great sunlight, perfect for breakfast! Downstairs, there's a lovely little bar and a nice restaurant. It's a small hotel right under the city wall, and the security is pretty good with a keypad lock on the main door after midnight. Plus, they offer laundry service! I stayed for three days, and the housekeeping was meticulous; even if I hadn't finished my water, they'd still leave two fresh bottles. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. It would be even better if they offered breakfast!

Everything was great! The facilities were excellent, and the hygiene was good. The environment was also very nice, and the service was absolutely fantastic.

Overall correct stay for the price. The location is great as it is near the city walls and close to subway stations. The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very kind as well, and the AC works well. However the bathroom was not very clean and there was a lot of dusk everywhere as the whole building was under renovation. The toilet seat and mirror were dirty and there is no door for the shower. The bath slippers were dirty as well. Also, the walls are very thin so you can hear the next rooms quite well, but thankfully they weren’t noisy. There was also a lot of cigarette smell.

We extended our stay for several more days because the location was convenient and our overall experience was good. The room was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator, so carrying luggage was not easy. When we checked out, a staff member kindly helped us carry our suitcases downstairs, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their assistance made our stay much more comfortable.

I absolutely fell in love with Xi'an! My best friend and I traveled here together for the first time, and we arrived at the hotel quite late. The location is incredibly convenient—very near to the subway station (abt 2km) and literally right next to the ancient city wall. Standing on the hotel balcony, you can look directly onto the city wall, which is super chill and atmospheric. The staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and gentle. Also, a helpful tip: if you order delivery, just ask the courier to leave your package at the front desk. If you're used to staying in luxury hotels, this might not be your style—but it gave me more of a warm, cozy, family-like feeling. It's perfect for young travelers or groups of friends. Just one small suggestion for the hotel: it would be great if you could restock laundry detergent more regularly. Anyway, i love this hotel and if I have a chance to get back to Xian, I will back to this hotel!
