This hotel truly puts in a lot of effort. My home is nearby, and my child had a day off before their high school entrance exam. The renovation work in our building started early in the morning, making a lot of noise. For the last day of their break, I wanted my child to be able to sleep in, so I booked this hotel. When checking in, the front desk staff learned that my child was about to take their exam. They said they'd send us a little something as a gesture. I thought it would just be some fruit or something similar. But when we returned to our room after getting some things from home, oh my goodness, it was incredibly heartwarming! There was a 'Zhuangyuan Gate' (a traditional good luck charm for academic success) sticker on the door, and they had sent fruit, fresh flowers, and a hand-drawn blessing card. They even thoughtfully provided an eye mask and earplugs. Most importantly, there were many good wishes for my child's exam hanging in the room. I was truly touched. We really felt the hotel's sincerity. Thank you to the hotel staff. I'm moved, and I hope my child can also achieve excellent results and get into their dream high school with your blessings. That would put our minds at ease. Thank you to the staff at Marriott Executive Apartments. On the day of check-out, the hotel lobby had a DIY sachet-making event for the Dragon Boat Festival. Many people were participating, and we also joined in the fun. It created a great festive atmosphere. The hotel is very well-managed, and we had a wonderful experience.

This is our top hotel choice when traveling with family. To my surprise, the room had cartoon-themed bedding! The front desk service was fantastic; they even helped us plan our itinerary. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. After a full day of walking, my feet were killing me, so it was such a pleasant surprise to find they had left foot-soaking bags in the room – they really understand what travelers need! After soaking, I felt completely relaxed, and all the fatigue from walking just melted away. The cleaning staff even took my laundry out of the washing machine and hung it to dry. All in all, this stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Overall, staying at this apartment hotel was quite hassle-free and convenient. It had everything you could need, from basic cooking facilities to a washer and dryer. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, so it's more suitable for guests who are driving. The hotel manager promptly addressed the issues I had regarding the inability to import Marriott points from my Trip.com booking and some concerns about cleanliness and service. My overall experience was still good, and it's worth coming back to.

A great spot for cooking! You can whip up meals here to enrich your leisurely stay. The service is incredibly attentive too; if you get tired of cooking, you can ask the butler to help with the dishes. Plus, there's a German beer bar right downstairs, which is really pleasant.

This five-star executive apartment hotel offers incredible value for money, and the Marriott brand certainly lives up to its reputation. The maintenance and facilities are quite good. Setting aside the unchangeable corporate policies dictated by the hotel group's senior management, everything else that the hotel staff *can* adjust or improve upon is executed to the highest standard. Therefore, Black Elite and Gold Elite members can book with full confidence. It's clean and tidy, and you can even cook your own noodles or blanch some vegetables – small but perfectly formed. The front desk service is also top-notch, and I'd like to extend a special thanks and commendation to Manager Pan. He genuinely values customer feedback, and is professional, efficient, and enthusiastic in addressing and resolving issues promptly.

Marriott's service was excellent as always. After booking the room, the butler contacted me to discuss and arrange the check-in details, which made our Xi'an trip wonderful and enjoyable. Thank you, Marriott! 👍 I'll definitely choose Marriott again next time.

The spacious units come with a full suite of Siemens kitchen appliances and a washer-dryer combo, while the living room and bedroom are thoughtfully separated, creating a comfortable and open feel. Marriott's signature service is attentive and private. The breakfast offers a delightful mix of Shaanxi flavors and Western options, and there's a 24-hour gym and a German-style restaurant. It truly feels like a home away from home, making it an excellent choice for business travelers and families alike. There are quite a few Korean guests staying here.
