We had a wonderful stay here. Comfortable bed which was welcomed after some hard beds on our trip. Nice hot shower and well presented room. Great location above the metro station making it really easy to get around Xi’an. Floor 19 of the building but the elevator only works on t$3 left hand side. If you accidentally get into the lift that doesn’t stop at 19 you can get off at 20 and take the stairs down a floor. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again. Also the steamed Bao shop downstairs is great.

The location is very good, just next to the Daming Palace West subway station. The waiter's attitude is very good. I didn't know the way when I checked in for the first time. He called me and helped me with directions. He was very enthusiastic. We just walked in and let us have some snacks on the table. , although I only stayed for one night, I regretted not visiting this inn earlier, otherwise I could have stayed a few more nights. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the price was affordable.

Facilities: I can't appreciate the features, the colors are dark, I think light colors are cleaner, the shelf in the bathroom is broken and not repaired
Hygiene: Not very good, the pillows and sheets are thin and wrinkled, the pillow core is yellow, there are yellow stains on the air-conditioning outlet, there are a lot of dirt under the bed and on the back, the indoor black atmosphere looks unclean
Environment: The surrounding environment is very convenient, there is a subway entrance when you go out, there is a supermarket downstairs, it is convenient for shopping, and it is also better to take children to the mall to play
Service: The service is average, but the attitude is okay, if you say something is dirty or broken, they will replace it
