Hotel location is near to tourist attractions like Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and Ancient City Wall. Customer service and housekeeping were good even though they don't speak English.

Staff is attentive and helpful. The facilities is sufficient as well as there is also breakfast provided. Amenities are provided daily and if insufficient the staff will assist to provide. Security is also good as going to each floor need to have access card. There is also shopping and restaurant surrounding the area.

The hotel is nearest to Metro Line 1, Exit 3, less than 500 meters walk upon exiting Exit 3. We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The breakfast is good. The location is walking distance to many tourist spots. It also has a free laundry area, washer and dryer.

From checkin, during the stay till checkout, the front desk personnels were not happy or friendly. The laundry room was a good facilities but it was too busy and never available. Room was very small.

The ear plugs provided are not enough to keep the pounding noise from the Bar from 11pm to 4am every night. Not worth the value to get a good night sleep. Front desk receptionist should wear a sign -“ I don’t speak English! Don’t talk to me. “ There should be a note on your website that the entrance to the hotel is actually on the side alley NOT from the main road!!

The hotel is located next to the Bell Tower, with a bus stop at the entrance of the alley. It is also close to the airport shuttle bus and has a 24-hour laundry room. Although it is small, it also has a dryer. We even went to see China's giant pandas, which was fantastic

Great and convenient location with easy access to the metro and lots of food options. Room is generally clean except the bathroom walls, which was clearly not cleaned between guests. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the horrible WiFi which will disconnect every 5 minutes.

Hotel in a good location near Bell Tower. Many eateries around the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is good. And also provides laundry service.
