大床房很小洗漱台下麪管道往地面漏水。22:00準備休息，屋頂有噪音，測分貝62dB，牆體振動。到0:05，噪音還有。給前台反饋問題，希望解決，前台：樓上不認識，不能停止噪音，換不了房間，房間訂滿不能解決。我：向領導反饋。前台：12點了都睡了！我：對啊，十二點了，你們知道睡覺！我花錢是為了睡覺！前台表示無法解決，衹能提供耳塞！之後，再次撥打前台，試圖溝通解決。幾番推諉下，前台工作人員説可以換有空房間
