This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, with excellent transport links and within walking distance of several attractions. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. LL at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and even recommending some local delicacies. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The room was clean and tidy, and I have to especially commend the housekeeping service. The laundry service was incredibly satisfying; I contacted the staff, and my clothes were washed and returned to the room very quickly. For this business trip, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Gaoxin. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. The bedding was perfectly made and crisp, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning was silent, and the soundproofing was good. The hot water temperature was just right. The Tianjie shopping street right outside was very lively. They delivered items incredibly promptly, and the LHW team was very enthusiastic. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fruit platter prepared for us. The housekeepers cleaned the room spotlessly every day. The parking lot was also very spacious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. They even provided extra bottled water for me, which was a really thoughtful touch! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and overall it was excellent. The manager was very welcoming and provided great service. The room arrangement was also good, and my friends were all very satisfied with their rest. It was a pleasant experience, five-star rating! The hotel's location is convenient for getting around.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but last night, the room next door was occupied. Every time their doorbell rang, I thought it was for my room, which was really alarming late at night. There's zero soundproofing. And let's talk about the start of my stay: no hot water on the first day for a shower. The Aurora TV couldn't use my own membership; I had to scan a code and pay extra to buy a new one. I also called the front desk for a nail clipper and had to chase them three times over an hour... they finally brought it at 11 PM. Unbelievable. When I was checking out, I asked for a shopping bag to pack some things, and they asked me 'what shopping bag?' The breakfast wasn't great either; I'm not sure if it was because of the New Year crowd, but there were very few dishes and fruits. Oh, and the TV was tiny. Taxis couldn't drop me off right at the hotel entrance because the 'parking full' sign was always up outside, so cars couldn't get in... All in all, a pretty poor experience.

I checked in a little after 1 AM and specifically asked not to have a room at the end of the hall, but that's exactly what I got. After washing up, it was 2 AM. When I lay down, the toilet kept making flushing noises. Knowing I had to get up around 6 AM, I just tried to ignore it, but it kept me awake for over four hours. In the morning, I rushed to pack and realized I'd forgotten my facial cleanser. No one has contacted me or notified me about it since. Sigh!

Big shout out to the front desk staff! When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was super efficient; she got everything sorted in under three minutes, clearly explaining the room key, breakfast vouchers, and WiFi password. Later, we needed extra blankets and toiletries, and after a quick call to the front desk, they were delivered to our room within five minutes. At checkout, because we were in a hurry, they had already prepared our bill, which we quickly confirmed, saving us a lot of time. Throughout our stay, the front desk maintained a professional and friendly attitude, making us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

When I checked in, they patiently answered all my questions and proactively informed me about the hotel's free parking, buffet breakfast, and other perks. During my stay, any requests I had were quickly responded to and resolved. The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to transportation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The smiling service makes you feel incredibly welcome, perfectly embodying Hilton's service standards.

I wasn't too pleased with this stay, barely giving it a 4.5. If it weren't for the front desk kindly extending my check-out to 3 PM today, it probably would have been less than 4 stars. 1. The internet was the most unbearable part. On a business trip, the hotel's network didn't support overseas email servers. It basically froze when trying to connect to international addresses, so I had to rely on my phone's hotspot the entire time. 2. Breakfast was very, very average. Limited variety, though thankfully items were refilled quickly. The coffee was terrible, with only Americano and espresso options. 3. The night light was too bright and couldn't be turned off, so I had to block it with a pillow. 4. The room wasn't small, but the toilet and shower took up half the space. The experience was no different from a certain other hotel chain. The bed was literally one meter from the entrance, sigh. That's about it.
