Prime location (next to Xian bell tower and 10 min walk to the walls and in front of the shopping mall) and really beautiful interior. The room was spacious and had good amenities. The staff at reception was nice but not as friendly as the majority of other China hotels I stayed in. The windows in some rooms are super small - pay attention to description of the room when booking. The lady at the door was super friendly though. Hotel is Clean and felt safe.

The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient—just steps away from Exit 6 of the underground passage. The front desk staff were all very warm and friendly. The hotel is equipped with an elevator and appears to be a converted historic building, retaining its original spiral staircase, which gives it a very retro and stylish vibe. If you want to stay close to the Bell Tower while avoiding noise, you can choose one of their rooms with an obstructed view; the soundproofing and sealing are excellent, and noise is hardly noticeable. There is a slight water leak at the connection between the shower hose and the showerhead, which might be worth checking.

From the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly & helpful. Location was perfect, cleanliness of hotel was pristine. Our room was very comfortable. Hotel provides free laundry service which was very useful. Would definitely be staying here again if we come back to Xi’an!!

The experience at the Center hotel was on overall good. The hotel is located in the center of Xi'an within a walking distance of the main attractions. The bed was comfortable, the room was dark and quiet, so I slept very well.I like the fact that they provide a lot of water bottles. The breakfast was OK, with mostly Chinese dishes. The tea party in the afternoon is not much really, but it is a nice touch.

The room is very clean, the staffs are very friendly. The most impressive part is the location where you can go anywhere by metro. The only negative point is that towers are relatively old.

The hotel is less than ten meters from the Bell Tower subway exit, making its location incredibly convenient. The room conditions, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. My friend recommended it, and I highly recommend it to everyone else too.

The hotel is super close to the subway, and there are quite a few attractions nearby. The screen window that was askew was fixed very quickly. Some facilities are a bit old. It's quiet at night. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but having shrimp and roasted chicken was a real plus. Also, a big thanks to the auntie in the picture who kindly helped dry our clothes, neatly folded them, put them in bags, and delivered them to our room. The service was excellent and definitely deserves a good review.

Great Location. Right in front of Drum Tower Metro Station Exit 6. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Shopping mall at Exit 7. Easy to go to most of the places of interest via metro or Didi (online booking transport). Love the firmness of the mattress. Friendly and helpful front desk. Free drinkable mineral water at lift lobby for all to take. There is a water dispenser in the room too. Love it. Only 1 incident that disappointed me - requested ice cubes. Expecting a small bucket as per my other hotel stays. The staff came with a small paper cup (attached picture). I was shocked. Hahaha. Overall my stay for 4 nights were wonderful. I can use hotel room for ******* - food delivery too. Love it. Will stay at this hotel again if I visit Xi'an again. Thanks
