The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an

This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel isn't particularly close to the main attractions, but there's a subway station right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. While the hotel facilities aren't brand new, they are exceptionally well-maintained and have a strong design aesthetic. I had some reservations before arriving due to a few online comments, but my actual experience was that the hotel service is excellent. When my wife wasn't feeling well, I called the front desk and they quickly brought up a kettle of hot water and some paper cups. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety that met the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber. As the hotel we stayed at for the last two days of our Xi'an trip, I give it a positive review!

True to its Ritz reputation, the hotel's facilities, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. The room was spacious and well-designed. The executive lounge privileges were excellent, and my child especially loved the chocolate liqueurs. The pool, while not huge, was very beautiful.

My business trip to the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Before I even arrived, Sophie and Grace reached out to me to ask about my preferences. Knowing I was in town for a conference, they arranged a quiet room for me and even upgraded it. They were incredibly attentive throughout my stay, often checking in to see if I needed anything. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance.

The overall environment is quite good, and the service is attentive and responsive to all requests. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and breakfast for our child was waived. The room style is modern Chinese, which I really liked. Although the location is on Keji Road, there's a mall downstairs, so it doesn't feel too out of the way. Taking a taxi to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly. All the facilities were great. The shower had excellent water pressure, though the pool was a bit small and felt even smaller when there were kids' swimming lessons going on. However, these minor issues don't detract from a very good hotel stay experience. It truly felt like a five-star hotel.

Perfect for families with kids! The pool is very child-friendly, and it's one of the few hotels that offers a cute and practical kids' amenity kit. The front desk even gives out gummy candies to keep the little ones happy while waiting. Overall, very satisfied, and a special thanks to Sophie from customer service!

I absolutely love the Ritz-Carlton's decor style. From the moment you step into the lobby, to the elevators, and then into your room, it always gives off such a comfortable vibe. The hotel's infrastructure and service are, of course, top-notch. The turndown service, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful and considerate – truly delightful.

The room had a really cozy and stylish atmosphere, beautifully decorated with a great sense of space. It was spotlessly clean, almost pristine, and the bathroom was meticulously tidied. The hotel lobby was stunning and very photogenic, and the executive lounge was incredibly refined with an artistic flair. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any request.
