This hotel has an antique charm, but its best feature is the excellent staff service. The front desk was especially welcoming, and the switchboard operator even helped arrange a honeymoon setup when she found out it was our honeymoon. The housekeeping auntie has great taste. A friend highly recommended this place, and I had a great stay. It's a hotel with a real human touch. You don't often find front desk staff with such a strong service ethic these days, which really shows how well-managed the hotel is across the board. I'll definitely keep recommending it.

This hotel was truly the right choice, from the moment I checked in to when I checked out. The entire stay was very pleasant, and I'd especially like to commend the front desk team for their excellent service 👍. The room was spotless.

The room was a bit small, but the front desk service was excellent. Seeing that I had two children with me, they gave us two identical coin purses, saying they were afraid the kids would fight over them. I really felt the service was very professional.

The lobby decor feels very luxurious. The hotel has its own large parking lot, which is convenient for new energy vehicles as there are charging stations in the front yard. The front desk staff were very service-oriented and proactively upgraded my room, making the check-in process very smooth.

The service was excellent! Before checking in, the front desk even gave me a steam eye mask, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room also came with complimentary Starbucks coffee. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient. The concierge can help you call one.

Traveling with a friend, we had a lot of luggage, and the bellhop proactively helped us with it. The front desk even upgraded our room! Later that night, I had a medication delivery, and since the robot wasn't at the front desk, the young man there personally brought it to my room. The service was absolutely excellent.

I keep staying here because the location is very convenient for me. As an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but the service is truly exceptional. It's the kind of excellent service that comes from years of experience and a strong foundation.

The building is a bit old, but the service is excellent. They have robots that deliver meals, and the breakfast is delicious. Beyond the basic toiletries, they also provided mouthwash. There's a gym and a pool. The decor is a bit dated, but that's to be expected given its history. I often see many foreign tour groups staying here whenever I visit.

Coming to Xi'an for Chinese New Year, choosing the Sheraton was definitely the right call. The front desk manager gave us complimentary breakfast upon check-in, which meant we could wake up naturally and then enjoy our meal – huge thanks for that! The breakfast spread offered a fantastic variety of Xi'an specialties: 'sauteed noodles,' sour soup dumplings, buckwheat noodles, cold noodles (liangpi), and roujiamo (Chinese hamburger)… The taste was on par with what you'd find at local restaurants, so we could try other foods outside the hotel. The suite was perfect for a larger family, with two separate and comfortable rooms. It was also great for when relatives and friends came to visit. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from the city center and several attractions. Taxis are easy to catch, and the Tummen area wasn't congested at all. The service was truly five-star; every staff member was warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The day after we left Xi'an, it started snowing heavily. I regret not staying two more days to experience Chang'an (Xi'an) covered in snow.
