The Westin Xi'an

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Xi’an. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the famous Great Tang All Day Mall (Everbright City), making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Xi’an. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, and everything was fresh and delicious. What impressed me most was the outstanding service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Overall, The Westin Xi’an combines a prime location, comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel location was fantastic as it is located right opposite Dayan temple and along Da Tang Bu Ye Chen. The hotel itself has a museum located onsite and there was a Picasso's Artwork exhibition during our stay and we were given 2 free entrance tickets to visit the exhibition. The room is generally clean but a renovation may uplift the value of the brand's name. As we had breakfast in the hotel, we found a good variety of food available but unfortunately some of the items were either over cooked or under cooked. I think maybe the hotel should look into the quality of their food provided.
