The Westin Xi’an（2-min walk to UNESCO Wild Goose Pagoda & 15min to Shaanxi History Museum）

The hotel location is fantastic, very convenient for both walking and taking transportation. Great experience overall! The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the staff member Nico provided exceptional service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

Traveling with family, we chose The Westin Xi'an Datang Xintiandi specifically for its location, right next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, the Datang Never Night City, and Joy City. Transportation: Getting to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Never Night City, and Shaanxi History Museum is very convenient. It's also super easy to head back to the hotel for a quick rest when you're tired. Dining: There are plenty of dining options nearby to suit any budget. Cleanliness & Environment: We were very satisfied with the hygiene and overall environment. The variety of pillows available also catered well to different preferences. Breakfast: The dining environment is comfortable, with a rich variety of delicious food. A special shout-out to the fried dough sticks (youtiao); while many hotels use semi-finished products, here they are freshly made—crispy and flavorful.

They proactively reached out a few days prior and helped arrange an airport pick-up vehicle permit during the busy National Day holiday. Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, they upgraded our room and included complimentary breakfast for the kids. As an international 5-star hotel, their service is truly dependable. The location is unbeatable—we had a layover in Xi'an and spent our brief morning visiting the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, which was just a few minutes' walk away. Super convenient! I will definitely choose The Westin again the next time I visit Xi'an.

Great location, right outside the Grand Tang Mall. After walking around at night, it was so convenient to head right back to the hotel. We chose the family king room, which is perfect for traveling with kids. A complimentary Hanfu experience was included, located right downstairs, and the service was quite prompt and efficient.

Traveling with kids during the National Day holiday, this hotel is super convenient for visiting the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. It's lively at night, and during the day, it's easy to see attractions that usually have long queues in the evening. The hotel's food, hygiene, and service are all excellent. I'm already planning to stay here again next time. A big thank you to the hotel staff for their warmth and attentive service.

Honestly, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I had seen very negative reviews about it on Xiaohongshu, mainly saying it was too old, and Ctrip also listed it as a 2012 hotel. However, my actual stay found it quite new, and none of those mentioned flaws were present. I initially booked it just for its convenient location, expecting a 150-yuan experience for a 1500-yuan price. Yet, the overall actual feeling was comparable to the Seven Oceans Hotel in Xiamen. The room had a bidet, a large bed, welcome fruit, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. In short, all the negative reviews on Xiaohongshu were completely unfounded; it was far beyond what I expected. The only minor drawback was finding a hair on a bath towel when I opened it, but I won't dwell on that.

As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I stay at Marriott properties dozens of times a year. This hotel is by far the worst I've ever experienced, no exaggeration. A star-rated hotel that completely disregards how guests arrive or depart when there's a road restriction is unacceptable. The staff's only response was, "You have to walk, sorry." Yes, you *should* be sorry! I have to walk hundreds of meters to catch a taxi when staying at a hotel, and the staff didn't even offer to help with luggage or load it into the car. Seriously, **do not stay at this hotel.** Otherwise, you'll understand the pain of walking, especially when you have heavy luggage.

First off, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's perfectly situated between the North Square of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, making it super convenient to get to both. You can see the pagoda right outside the door, and exploring Everbright City is a breeze – just turn right when you leave the hotel. Across the street is the Joy City commercial area, so dining options are plentiful. It was incredibly convenient for our family trip with seniors and kids; we could just pop back to the hotel to rest whenever we got tired. Secondly, the hotel service was excellent, truly satisfying. Before we even arrived, a staff member contacted us to explain important traffic control information for the holiday period and even sent us the performance schedule for Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, saving us the hassle of looking it up ourselves. During our stay, our child needed to print daily homework for school, and the hotel staff kindly helped print it every day, which was great. They also upgraded our room, provided two days of breakfast for both kids, and gave us two extra tickets to the Qujiang Museum (B2 level). They were incredibly accommodating with all our requests throughout our stay. I give the service full marks. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xi'an!

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right within the Grand Tang Everbright City and across from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast quality was good, making it highly recommendable, especially for family trips.
