Xi'an Rongzhen International Hotel (Zhonglou Drum Tower Branch)

The location is great, and the overall facilities are decent. They have an underground parking garage, and breakfast is quite rich. However, there was a noticeable smoke smell in the room and also in the hallways. The housekeeping staff were not friendly, and the overall service attitude was lacking. There were a lot of children in the hotel, making it quite noisy. If you're bothered by noise and smoke, you might want to reconsider.

I upgraded my room type using my annual membership. The front desk lady was exceptionally helpful. The water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower. I'll definitely stay here again when I revisit Xi'an.

The service is thoughtful, consistently excellent. This used to be the Rongmin Hotel I frequently booked. It's conveniently located, has a rich breakfast, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and quite spacious. It's my go-to place every time I visit Xi'an.

The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The lobby on the first floor offered plum juice and tea, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was rich, clean, and hygienic. The service was attentive and warm, making us feel very comfortable.

I stayed here for my entire four-day, three-night trip in Xi'an. The location is excellent, right across from the Muslim Quarter with tons of food options. There's also plenty of parking. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small. The biggest plus, though, was the incredibly warm and helpful front desk staff. Their service attitude was outstanding, they deserve a bonus!

The service was excellent. The front desk staff were polite, enthusiastic, and resolved issues promptly. They even provided ice pack freezing services. The room service staff were attentive, and the room was comfortable. The hotel facilities were comprehensive. Transportation nearby was convenient, and there were plenty of dining options.

The tea and seating in the lobby were very much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful, and the facilities were complete, including a gym and a garden path. We even received a small gift upon leaving. The Weijia Liangpi snack shop across the street has an amazing selection!

I've booked this hotel seven or eight times, and it really is an excellent place. The lobby is comfortable and classy the moment you walk in, and the room hygiene is top-notch. What I really want to highlight is how incredibly nice the front desk ladies are – so polite and friendly! The hotel's location is also superb; it's just across the street from the Muslim Quarter, and parking is convenient with their dedicated lot. Honestly, every time I come to Xi'an, I want to stay here. I just hope the prices don't go up in the future; you've got to keep your loyal customers happy! I do have two small suggestions. First, the toiletries in the bathroom aren't great. They should really switch to those large, wall-mounted dispensers, and definitely add conditioner! Don't make me have to buy some online and have it delivered again, LOL! 😂 Also, could you please add a full-length mirror? Most people who come to Xi'an are tourists, and they bring nice clothes they want to try on. Not having a full-length mirror in the room is quite inconvenient. I've even scouted out a spot for you – there's a blank wall space right inside the entrance that could work. Alright, this is probably my most serious review yet!

Stepping into the room, I was immediately impressed. The overall decor is elegant and grand, and every corner was spotlessly clean. The mattress was perfectly firm yet soft, instantly washing away all my fatigue.
