I booked the Dongshe Hotel for my family visiting Xi'an, and they stayed for three days. They kept praising my choice of accommodation, saying it was incredibly comfortable. 1️⃣ **Thoughtful and Practical Facilities**: The room came with a humidifier and a spacious shower, with stable water temperature and good water pressure. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and my family said they slept soundly for all three nights. The hallways and rooms were also spacious, making it easy to maneuver luggage. 2️⃣ **Impeccable and Reassuring Cleanliness**: My family reported that the cleaning was exceptionally thorough. The bedding and towels were soft and fresh, the vanity and mirror were sparkling, and the floors were so clean you could walk barefoot without a problem. 3️⃣ **Convenient Yet Quiet Location**: The hotel is right near the Muslim Quarter, so it's easy to step out for food and shopping. However, it's not on the main street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. 4️⃣ **Proactive and Warm Service**: Hotel staff greeted them warmly every day, and there was even a hand-drawn map in the room, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Any small issues they encountered during their stay were resolved immediately.

The location is great, and there's a delicious 'cai he' (a type of savory pastry)本店 nearby. The Bell Tower and Yongning Gate are also close.

Our Star butler was very thoughtful, providing us with all the hotel information and even helping us with a late check-out. Even though we only stayed at Dongshe for one night, we were very satisfied overall! The hotel's location is also excellent. In the evening, there's the Zhonglou residential area food street nearby, and it's close to Defu Alley and Xiangzi Temple! The hotel also offers complimentary bottled water, afternoon tea, and more! Very satisfied.

I've been staying at Dongshe since before the pandemic, so I'm a returning customer. Pretty much every time I pass through Xi'an each year, I stay here. The location is super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. Plus, free parking is a definite bonus. All in all, it's my top choice for accommodation in Xi'an!

The hotel room was very comfortable, and the environment had a unique charm. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and sweet soup every day, which is a fantastic perk! This hotel is truly amazing value for money, and I'll definitely be back to stay again.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient; I could walk to all the niche attractions and photo spots, like Xiangzi Temple, Yongning Gate, and Defu Alley, without any trouble. The Star butler service was very thoughtful, providing all the hotel information I needed. They even offered free sweet soup and bottled water, which was a really nice touch and shows how much they care! The ambiance is also unique, with a dark, retro style.
